Got the wrong product without any delivery information whatsoever. After expressing my will to return the product nothing happened except an automatic message, asking me to send it back on my own expenses.
No personal contact, no help, no excuse, no money.

I ordered a product from Spargut.com and it was defective. I contacted Spargut regarding a refund and I was declined. I took clear photos of the defective product! Luckily, the product was only under €20 and I did not waste too much money. But I would never recommend buying anything from here. Also, the customer service was very poor and it took longer than expecting to arrive. Their website is terrible as well.

No delivery, no money back
Order (for a Christmas gift) placed on 15/12/2025 hasn't arrived until yet. Chatbot is unable to help, no telephone contact, emails only (and only in german!). The email replies feel automated and after more than 6 weeks we still haven't got any answer where the package, or the money is. This is the best (and sadly most amusing) part of their automated email reply:

Inquiries about the processing status delay the handling of your investigation. Therefore, we would be very grateful if you could wait for us.
Apparently they are used to complaints about the delivery.

Re: Order #4371194
Three times since 23/12/25 an attempt to APPARENTLY (according to the courier), deliver the item has failed.
Never in all 3 attempts has the courier:
a) given an estimated day or time of delivery
b) phoned or rang the buzzer to confirm they are near or at my address
c) provided any alternative way of arranging the delivery
So today I attempted to use the Spargut chat and log a request for help;
a) Chat doesn't provide a category for or understand delivery issues
b) Spargut Help website doesn't list Delivery as an issue not does it acknowledge the selection of 'Other Issues'

The purchased steering wheel cover was made from a good quality leather and it had all accessories to install it. No claim on this point.
What could be better? The manual. It was UNCLEAR the way and mode how to lay stitches to sett cover edges together. That's why initially I began to do that in a wrong way. Later I fixed the situation , but I had to search tips on this at youtube.

Misleading
Sorry, but this company is misleading. They show a picture of a Chromecast and remote control when it's only about the remote control. This is incredibly misleading and solely aimed at making people lose money. It's confusing and misleading. €10 just to be able to return it and get a refund. It's appalling how this company operates and handles this. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend it.

I ordered Capybara Advent Calender for my son. There is enough explanation of disappointment he had after opening the first window. It is a total bullshit from China. Cheap plastic pictures intead of real Capybara toys as shown on the picture. Moreover some of windows had the same toy/picture inside. Total dissapintment with worth value of 1 CHf instead of 28CHF . I would love to have my money back!
