While the scale works just fine and I guess the app does but why are you advertising that it has no subscription when it does. I can't get reports unless I spend $20 a month on a subscription. I bought the scale because they said it had no subscription and it's not true. I even have the nutriscanner and I'm screwed. I'm thinking of buying just the cheap model so that I don't have to pay a subscription.

Oh and one more thing I noticed today, before I was being told but my body metrics were that of a 69-year-old woman and today they updated and now I'm a 76-year-old woman. FYI I'm 62, how did my metrics change so much after an update. And not to mention, I've lost 30 lbs. While on a very high protein diet which isn't really a diet it's basically staying to 1200 calories a day.

This product is nice in that it helps me work on my fitness and gives me information that I can use regarding diet and exercise. Nice product.

Great and inexpensive product to follow all important health and fitness data. Simple to set up and use. I like the detailed information in app for all data.

Great customer support. Issue was resolved in a very timely manner with least amount of red tape. The product is also exceeding my expectations. Definitely a high recommend

From the very beginning, their customer service is amazing. They contacted me and apologized for the order taking longer than it should. (I didn't think it was a problem) What company does that? They are really responsive to emails. I'm loving the body scanner. Although you don't have to upgrade the app to get good information, I do recommend it. It's really helpful. I always seem to have extra questions and the AI is good at clarifying details. Highly recommend the scanner and this company in general.

Bought the body scanner because I wanted to get serious about getting back in shape after having kids. I really love the scanner. It's a major motivation for me. Even in periods where the scale hasn't moved, I have been able to see progress in one measurement or another. I lost 10 kilos in less than 12 weeks while maintaining muscle mass and will be using the scanner to stay on track. Sales experience and customer service was on point. No issues.

I don't know how to rate the Scanfit Body Scanner itself. There are any number of sleek, well rated scales out there. But the Scanfit Body Scanner is *nicely designed*, it *does what it says*, and it *works wonderfully*. That's what I want.

But IN ADDITION to that there is great service and product support. I got answers to my questions in a timel fashion. Support was great. An online AI chat feature exists to talk with off hours . . . and all of this is absoultely top notch. Scanfit cares about my health and not just sales.

Scale was delivered on time and works great, app is very useful

My order came really quickly and I immediately set it up for use and was amazed at how good I was doing according to the stats. The app translated what the scales found in an easy to read display, that inspired me further along my weight loss and fitness journey!

I received the body scale and the food scale. I cannot get the body scale to work without paying a subscription fee. The only thing it gives me is a bmi and weight. The food scale is difficult to understand how it works. All the videos are on Danish which I do not speak. I have asked for a refund but have received no response from the company other than an AI bot. Customer service is very poor. Very disappointed..
UPDATE: the company reached out to me by phone. A very nice woman listened to my complaints and understood what was happening. She said that I had received a defective scale and she would send me another one and refunded me the whole order. The new one came and it is working as advertised. This makes me so happy. I also received the credit from my whole order. The scale is very informative as to what's going on in my body and the coaching is very helpful. Thank you so much for the wonderful help and understanding. ANOTHER UPDATE:
I found that by taking a wet wash cloth and going over the footplate it works flawlessly. Apparently your feet need to be damp for the conduction to happen. I found this info online. Just thought i would share......

Quick shipping, outstanding value relative to other similar products and the app and data provdied are outstanding! Couldn't be more pleased with the decision to buy a Scanfit!

I love the scale. It’s great with in-depth details with the app or just quick weigh without. Only thing that I’ve shared with the company is that it uses bmi as one part of the data. If you're a weight lifter or athlete in general, that will not apply to you. It’ll say you’re fat and old (muscle mass isn’t accounted for in bmi). Hopefully they’ll revive or adapt that part. Otherwise it’s a wonderful tool.

I started on a GLP-1 and wanted to track my progress. I have been happy with how this scanner is able to record what is happening on my journey to fitness. It was very easy to set up with my phone thru their app. I’m a very satisfied customer!

The amount of info you get, it’s much, much more than I expected. The biggest one being hydration level, that was jaw dropping…in a good way. The one and only issue I’ve yet to resolve is initial weigh in weight, it got it totally wrong and don’t know how to manually put in correct weight. The main reason I purchased this is to protect my heart…a TAVR is on the horizon. I did some serious damage not hydrating enough and thereby putting sever stress on my heart. I’m pretty sure if I had this scale a year ago I wouldn’t be in this situation.
