Excellent! Lovely bed and it arrived on my chosen day and the delivery guys were so polite

Very pleased with the two delivery guys, ISHY and ABBAS. Delivered carefully to the room of my choice, after a phonecall with estimated time of delivery. Very polite and friendly.
Bed base and mattress not unwrapped yet but they are very carefully packed.
I will leave a review of the company as a whole at a later date, but satisfied so far.

Sary delivered our Sonno bed today and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Kept in contact throughout the day for his estimated time of arrival. Once here he took the bed up to the bedroom in a careful manner. Very happy with the service he provided.

After recently getting scammed by another bed company, I was dubious about ordering online again. Sonno were amazing. They kept me up to date on the delivery until the bed arrived. The bed itself is beautiful, sturdy, super comfy and very well made. I’d give 10 stars if it were an option

Very good service, was called well before arrival and didn't bother asking me took shoes off went straight upstairs, placed it in my room and got on with it very very punctual fellas thank you would recommend very happy

Brilliant delivery, very friendly and professional.
From ordering to being delivered the service has been fantastic. Most of all the quality is insane. We’ve ordered a Superking ottoman bed, it’s a good solid bed and the mattress is amazing. Thank you for making the stress of buying a bed a breeze.

The product is really good and well made. However, the men delivering it didn't know how to put it together. One message to customer service and they sent out Ishy and Shazar to fix it. I have to say they were wonderful. They had to rebuild most of it and explained what was wrong. I can't thank them enough. Great lads.

The entire process was fast, convenient, and brilliantly communicated. This company has a good sense of humor mixed with maximum professionalism. My order was easy, delivery updates were frequent and accurate, and Riasat and Aziz made the actual delivery extremely easy, as they went above and beyond with respecting my property and assisting me in getting the mattress to its new resting place! Would highly recommend!

The two delivery drivers were fantastic, wouldn’t get my mattress anywhere else now!
