I ordered a dress that was advertised on the website as coming with a pair of shorts. Unfortunately, I received the dress without the shorts.
I contacted customer support and explained the situation, asking them to send me the missing item. However, despite several messages, my issue was not properly resolved and I did not receive the help I expected. I am very disappointed with the customer service. The product itself is fine, but the support experience has been extremely frustrating and unhelpful. If an item is advertised as a set, I expect to receive the complete set — and if something is missing, I expect customer support to resolve the issue.

Smashinn gets my recommendation
I found the Padel racket I was looking for on Smashinn at a great price. I was initially concerned about some of the less positive feedback, but i took a leap of faith and went ahead and ordered the racket. Knowing it was coming from Spain I wasn’t expecting it to arrive in a couple of days. I got an email confirmation of my order & further emails when it was dispatched. It took about a week to arrive which I expected. I am very happy with the racket and the service I received from Smashinn. I would recommend Smashinn.

Padel Racket missing
I ordered a padel racket on the 15/08/2026 and it is now the 25/05/2028 10 days later and still no sign of my €240 padel racket. Yes they are cheaper than most places but not worth buying from them as the customer support is awful no one will give me an answer as to where my racket is. I will not be buying from here again.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. They don't have a real customer service support, just bot answers, the charge extra fees and their mailing ally is worst than them. A product I bought 17 of July it was spouted to be deliver the 27 but when I finish the pay automatically changed for 5 of August. Became the date and the tracking did' show any updates to several days. Today is 19 of august, the package it's souped to be in my city since the 13th and nobody answer my claims. Please don't buy here.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs.
My parcel was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I reported the issue just two days after the alleged delivery, well within their stated deadline. They acknowledged receiving my email but then failed to provide any meaningful response before their own 7-day deadline expired.
Instead of investigating the missing parcel, they ignored my original report. When they eventually replied, they claimed I hadn’t submitted a “claim form” within 7 days—even though they never responded in time to provide one or tell me that one was required.
They are effectively refusing to investigate because of a deadline that their own delay caused me to miss. Rather than helping a customer who reported a missing parcel promptly, they repeatedly sent generic template responses that completely ignored what I’d actually written.
I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect them to take responsibility. I’ll be pursuing this through my bank because they have refused to deal with a legitimate claim fairly.
0/10. I will never order from Tradeinn/Smashinn again.

I placed an order on Tuesday and created an account. The account shows. I order history yet payment has been taken. Your AI bit isn’t any good and you never answer the phone. There is no live chat facility available despite your AI bit saying there is. There is in effect no way to contact you. I am trying to find out when my item will be sent/received. Terrible customer service.
I can see you have responded but not specifically about where my item is and when I will receive it.
