We are absolutely delighted with our new garden room from Nest Home Additions. The finished result is even better than we imagined and we couldn’t be happier with it.

The quality of the build is fantastic — everything has been finished to a really high standard and the room feels incredibly solid and well made. You can really see the care and attention that has gone into the finished product.

It has completely transformed our garden and given us a beautiful extra space that we know we’re going to get so much use from as a family.

We are so pleased with how it has turned out and absolutely love our new garden room.

We have had a dream for years of having a garden room, as we wanted a garden bar an area to watch tv and relax and an area where we could have a small gym and we didn’t think it was possible!
We visited a number of suppliers and we were convinced really, however Nest allowed us to visit the factory where they actually build them and meet the amazing friendly team!
That convinced us this was the best place to order. They really listed to what we were hoping to achieve from our garden room, and helped us visualise our dream. The experience and background the team have is exceptional and the passion for getting it just right for you as a customer was amazing!
Tom came out to measure and what a superstar he was, put me at ease and shared in my vision of what could be and he explained and showed me other amazing models he had created.
Sienna in the office and the ladies in accounts all had the same passion care and made it feel like a special purchase rather than just a transaction!
We were kept informed all the way through the process and to receive a video of our actual building being created in the factory was so exciting! No other organisation offered this service!
Sean was incredible and you can tell his passion for getting in right for the customer flows throughout his whole team!
Fitting was amazing, it all arrives ready to be put together in different segments as most of the building happens in the factory and then they construct it on site like a jigsaw puzzle, which was amazing as it meant less days on site and the speed of progress was exceptional, not loads of builders on site for ever!
Our garden building is now up and looks absolutely amazing and even better than we could have imagined! we are completing the interior and we have space for a bar, relaxing area for the tv and an area for a small gym, which is everything we wished for. All fitters were also amazing and worked really well together.
Thankfully Sean and Tom advised of door sizing and structure to give us the most benefit for the space we wanted to create. We cannot believe how absolutely amazing it is and cannot wait to get full use out of it very soon.
Thank you to everyone at Nest our whole family is over the moon as we each got what we wanted and we will get full use out of this area all year round.

I had my Garden Room installed earlier this year and wanted to wait before commenting. .

Overall it was a stress free wonderful experience. Tom visited my home and just listened to me before talking more about my needs, from there I was given a great price and placed my order communication was good from head office and my room was installed a few weeks later It is so well insulated, the room was cooler than my house during the summer and is warm on cold days.

Excellent experience, right from the first interaction with Tom to how the entire thing was delivered on time, clear communication and also at a very competitive price. Highly recommend

I started my journey initially wanting a conservatory or orangery. After extortionate quotes I felt deflated. I then went onto exploring garden rooms.

I received 6 quotes from different companies with varied specifications, this in itself opened my eyes to how complicated these builds could be along with the price variations.

Tom arrived and what a lovely experience it was. Despite me asking numerous questions and changing appointment times Tom accommodated these challenges. 🤣

Tom was also prepared to visit me 105 miles away from where I wanted my garden room installation.

I was honest and told Tom I had initially decided on a different spec from another company, but upon recieving a very dissappointing price increase of 6k from them I decided to go with Nest Home Additions.

And I'm so glad I did.......

Absolutely over the moon with every aspect of my experience with Nest, from Tom who was patient, not pushy, gave a price and stuck to it with no hidden costs, to Sienna-Mae who kept me informed every step of the way, the installation team who arrived on the agreed date and time, and the behind the scenes production team who's attention to detail was impecable.

My new amazing gym was completed last week.

It looks exactly as I expected it to look. When Tom showed me the sample and showed me some photos of the oak looking no maintenance cladding I made my choice quickly.

Nest Home Additions did everything inside the room including rubber gym flooring and left me with with a beautiful garden room.

I just love how it looks and how friendly the guys and girls at Nest have been. From Tom's visit to a completed room. The installation guys worked so hard to complete the room quickly, they were really lovely and considerate of my garden which is my pride and joy.

My garden room was completed last week. It took 3 days from start to finish and we had only placed our order 4 weeks earlier.

We had a few companies come out to quote for our garden room. Some didn't turn up and some were very pushy and were only interested in doing us a special deal and getting the sale, not a pleasant experience.

Tom visited us at the end of March and that was a pleasure in itself. Both myself and my wife found him to be so genuine and likeable, he listened to us and didn't play around with the price, it was fair and well priced, there was no pressure to buy from him.

Once we settled on the room we wanted, we had Nest Home Additions do our base and electrics, the guys came to do the ground screws a week earlier than the garden room was erected, we couldn't believe how quickly the ground screws were in place.

Our garden room is beautiful, we chose antique oak due to its ever so natural look with an incredibly real looking wood grain appearance. I am Suprised how well insulated it is. Inside it's quiet and peaceful and it's just so comfortable in terms of being warm. Initially it was only going to be an office area and somewhere to sit and relax whilst I read but given how warm it is even on a cold evening we have decided to put a sofa bed in it for guests.

We had our garden room installed by Nest in February this year and honestly couldn’t be happier. The product itself is incredible — the build quality is excellent and it’s surprisingly warm, even through the colder weather. It’s completely transformed how we use our garden space and has quickly become one of our favourite places to spend time.

From start to finish, the team couldn’t do enough for us. The whole project was completed in just 3 weeks, which exceeded our expectations, and everything was handled in a very professional yet friendly way.

A really nice touch was receiving flowers on the final day — it just summed up the level of care and attention they put into the whole experience.

Back In February this year I started searching around for a garden room. I soon came across the Nest Home Additions website where I thought the rooms looked great quality. I did want a really well insulated room so a SIPS build seemed the perfect choice.

Dave came out to visit me and my husband a few days later. The most notable thing about Dave was the lack of pressure from him, he just listed to us and talked about what we wanted and gave us a price which was more or less the same as the quote we got from the website.

Our garden room was built 4 weeks later, it took less than one week from start to finish and looks superb.

I can't thank Dave enough for such a great experience.
