Neem Team for the Win
The Neem shopping experience was fantastic. I live in USA, so it's not like I could pop into a shop and try something on...but I asked about sizing and styles, and got excellent customer service and human feedback that lead me to the right decisions. I actually think the Neem Team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The item I purchased is perfect: I get complimented often, and it's a unique piece. The quality is top notch, the fabric is buttery soft and well designed. I love it.

Very friendly and efficient
I needed to change a size on the jacket i bought and wanted to so in store. I have made a couple of visits now and was so impressed by how warm and friendly the team was. They made the shopping a really good experience, not merely a transaction.
