This is a fake / fraudulent company
This is a fake / fraudulent company.
Haven't received any delivery updates. Cannot contact - have tried 2 different numbers and 2 different emails.
There is no company details on gov.uk either.
Have had to resort to contacting the bank to cancel / report the fraud, as Shopify is useless too and enables fake business.

I had a very negative overall…
I had a very negative overall experience with this company. I tried to communicate with their WhatsApp chat feature and received very poor customer service. I finally got round to ordering the product I wanted which was adhesive for equestrian matting at £158 and they sent me the wrong product. I tried to call them around 8 times before someone finally answered. They sent me an email with my order attached which clearly stated what I ordered which was a pointless email. I replied asking them to send the correct product and they replied saying it’s been discontinued so they sent me a “similar” product which is absolutely nothing like what I ordered and it only costs £90 not £158 which is what I paid.
I don’t normally do bad reviews but I feel incredibly disappointed with this company and their customer service. The fact that they charged me £158 and sent me a £90 replacement is absolutely shocking. Be careful what you order

Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. I ordered this product and was sent something completely different. When I phoned to tell them, I was informed that they no longer sold the original product - adhesive for rubber tiles external - despite it still being in the website.
