REVISED! Now that Neil is gone, some tyrant Manager Joe has taken the floor. He buds into transactions, is rude, and completely THE WRONG person to have running the business. After years of consistent satisfactory experiences I WILL NEVER RETURN for business because of this character. Seems like he is deliberately trying to sabotage what is left of Neil's business. Even insulted one of my favorite employees I dealt with regularly ( Oliver) saying " half of the time he doesn't know what he's doing" UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. never again will I return! * side note* place looks like a ghost town and thos idiot is chasing out business!! This is the General Manager that asked you to leave. We have a clear policy that you do not abuse our Free Testing / Appraisal services. We expect customers to come in, with an intent to sell. You were very clearly misusing our services, misusing our equipment, and wasting my employee's time. Backstory: she and her very rude & aggressive partner, walked in with over 300 pieces of jewelry. They had my employee test each one, and when they didn't like his price she muttered to her man "oh we'll just resell that ourselves". So I told her to leave, it's abusing our equipment and employee time. The husband gets belligerent, aggressive, so I tell the Guards to escort him out. That's the story. I do NOT want "customers" like you. Buy your own testing equipment and stop abusing other people's good intentions and time.

I made a purchase on e-bay. After one week, the item had not shipped yet. I wrote to the seller asking about shipping but he never did respond. Item shipped after 12 days. Terrible communicator, terrible shipper! I will never purchase from this seller ever again.

Alright first off I love the silver, at first I tried to cancel the order but now that I have it in my hands I think I made a great investment and I'm glad you've declined my cancelation, if I could go back I would buy this 10 times over.
