Tried to cancel order as soon as I realized, about 3 minutes had elapsed, but they would not cancel saying it was sent already???
Product is tiny, value is shocking. Complete scam.

The whole advert and website is A.I , none of the repairs are real . The whole thing is fake . NanoBolix

What can I say - complete scam - items at checkout were priced higher that advertised and you only see this after checking out. Unable to cancel as apparently items already dispatched after 10 mins and customer service useless - now contacting my bank for refund due to miss-selling and miss-representation.

To long winded to buy my product

I ordered cloths online only to be confused by the discount this and that and ended up with 16 cloths instead of 2. Got in touch eventually with customer service( thats a joke)
I was offered 25%refund and keep the cloths then 45% then 75%. I told them i dont want any of them. I was then told to send them back tracked delivery at my expense which i did and so far i have received half of my refund. Emails dont get answered for sometimes weeks and still no further forward. Avoid like the plague. This has been an ongoing dispute since June. Now sought legal advice. Will return once i know the outcome
P.S. its a Lithuanian company so good luck if your having same trouble

Nanopolix Total scam took my payment 3 times and still texting me to buy more. Will be interesting to see if anything arrives either. I will keep you updated.

I bought NanoPolix Scratch Remover Polishing Cloth directly from Nanopolix for £46.90
It does not work. It is not fit for the purpose.

They also fraudulently charged my credit card for two other items without my knowledge.
Today I raised a dispute with the credit card company and am waiting for a refund

Don't touch with a ten foot barge pool . Just a big SCAM . Order one cloth for just over £17 and they tried billing me for over £46 . Nice try but unfortunately for them my bank thought it was a fraud, which it was and put a block on the payment.

This should be a minus star, they don't deserve ANY. Just a SCAM!!! Stay away from this utter SCAM! They use (Dark Patterns) at the checkout. If you order just one cloth, they bill you for more and you can't decline it. They are passing Bank's Security, which is totally fraudulent. YouTube should remove this Scam company, based in Lithuania. DON'T PURCHASE this SCAM product that doesn't work. There's NO return address either.

Seems to remove all those chalked-on scratches in their adverts without any problem. What's it like on real scratches?

This company should be shut down, when you look at the advert for the scratches on the cars they are claiming to be able to remove scratches from, the reason they are able to remove the scratches is because those scratches have been painted on using white paint, do not fall for this rubbish because scratches on your car will not be white, this is paint that they’re removing and not actual scratches at all, this is all one big scam. I have been stung by this company before, they actually sell a lot of different things from different named sites but it’s all the one company. Please look at the advert closely and you will see that the scratches they are removing is paint that has actually been drawn on to look like scratches. I really hope this helps people

Process was quick and easy. The only problem was the attempt to order build with special offers. I need to verify the product's results first.

By all means DO NOT buy this product. To start with their claims are false and I think they used trick photography in their ad which I saw on my laptop at work. I decided to try it and when I ordered they were pushing to order large amounts of their product. I only wanted a small order and if it lived up to the claims I'd gladly order more. On top of that when checking out they were trying to sell you numerous other products. A product that DOES live up to it's claims is Wipe New to make faded plastic parts on your car look new again. 100% it lives up to it's claims AND makes your headlight lenses clear again. Nanopolix DOES NOTHING for even scuffs. I would probably get better results with polishing compound. So save your money because Nanopolix is a scam.

Total scam,overcharged me,got product,wanted credit,won't get back to me

Tried to cancel and they said too late it shipped. Four weeks later, no product. Customer service non existent. Do not trust this company!
