I subscribed by mistake to a on going order and noticed this as I got a order notification. I contacted customer service directly to sort things out and everything was handled very quickly and professionally by Miguel. I really appreciate the friendly and understanding service.

The products themselves were also good, I just didn't have a need for a on going subscription.

So far, so good! Initially lots of spots where I previously had repeated spots, but now they have cleared! love the texture of my skin now too.

It actually works! I was skeptical, but didn't have much to lose with the guarantee. It took 2 weeks to see real results, but then I just stopped breaking out. And now the redness I've had for years is starting to dissappear. And it's so simple. It's such an easy routine to follow. I'm so excited!

I didn't actually get to use the products from Norse Organics as I realised I was allergic to one of the ingredients, so this review is based on their customer service only.
I ordered their Ritual, but once it arrived I realised I couldn't use it due to my allergy, so I contacted them to request a refund. They replied quickly saying as the products were unopened, I could return them for a full refund. They sent me a free shipping label to use so I wasn't out of pocket, and I received the refund a couple of weeks after sending the products back.
About a month after this, I was looking through my bank statement and I thought I'd been charged again so assumed my subscription hadn't been cancelled, so I reached out to Norse again to query this.
I received a reply within the hour from Miguel N who sent a very detailed email back looking into this for me, and it was his email that helped me realise it was my error, and what I thought was another charge from them was actually the original refund. It was completely my error, and they were very undyand helpful about it.
So, I can't speak to the products themselves, but the customer service has been fantastic.

I had shipped my Norse Organics products to the wrong address and had immediately sent an email requesting if they could change it due to it being the wrong address. Normally when these issues arise, I have had companies ghost me and tell me they can’t do anything once it goes through. I emailed Norse Organics right away and they responded with haste. Norse Organics has proved as best trust company!

I had place orders to them via web - from Foreign country not native English and I had some misunderstanding on the process and by mistake i have clicked to a subscription selection at my initial purchase, which i did not wanted. I have placed claim and asked help for Norse Organics. They were very kind, professional, helpful. I felt that they are really cared with my issue, they find solution. I have received my money back and also i have received some present from them. Definitely I will order from them next time.

Extremely frustrated with this company. I did not intend to sign up for recurring orders/subscription. They make it near impossible to cancel subscriptions with endless links that lead to nowhere and a chat bot that is not at all helpful. What a sleezy company
