Love this product, but
Love this product. However, my last order hasn’t arrived, and I ordered multiple things. E mailed the company and no reply, only way to track your order is to download yet another app, which realistically you shouldn’t have to do, when you actually do, it doesn’t even have the order on it but a oet shop one from 2023? Such a shame but looks like I’m going to have to look somewhere else for the same product.

I was looking forward to using this product, which i did when it finally arrived. On first application it felt nice and smelt lovely.
BUT its so so greasy , its awful. Might as well put vaseline on your face. Sorry to say! Probably what it all is. Will not be buying again!

I have used the Nothora Collagen Wand in the past and loved it. I ordered two more and the texture and smell differs from my first order. It bears no resemblance to my first order. It is awful and I wont be ordering again!

I have just received my second order. I am very disappointed to find that the formula has changed since my first purchase. I was actually starting to see a difference, hence the repeat order. I have wondered if you get the good stuff on your first order and then get fobbed off with an inferior product the next time?? Who knows.

Second Order So Different From First Order
Was really happy with first order(2 wands) they smelt of watermelon & gave a lovely dewy effect - i reordered & second order (4 wands) arrived & smelt so different like Vaseline & did not have the shine - I emailed customer service which said they reply in 24 hours - 10 days later I received a reply from Julie S advising they had changed the ingredients for a while & if I wasn’t happy to send wands back to an address in Canada which would cost me!! Unfortunately I won’t be reordering as the product was poor (I ordered 4 wands) & customer service even poorer - I believe they send a different product when you are a returning customer Beware :(
