PostNord: Masters of Hide-and-Seek
Since PostNord won’t stop pestering me for a review, here’s one—for better or worse.
I ordered an item on Finn, paid for it and the delivery well in advance because I needed it for my ski trip on March 19, 2026. The package reached a PostNord pick-up point at the shop on March 4, 2026. Things were looking promising…
Then… radio silence. Five days pass with no updates. Finally, on March 9, the shipment is “picked up for transportation.” Weird, but okay—I still have time. Keep in mind, it’s four hours of driving away from me (or three days of walking, if I were ambitious).
Fast forward to today, March 16, 2026. Twelve days since PostNord took possession, seven days since the last update, and still nothing. As the receiver, I can’t even file a complaint. Contacting customer service? Impossible—apparently the chatbot is training for the Olympics in evasive maneuvers.
So, what can I say about this service? You guess.
UPD 19.03.26 PostNord send me message that they can not localise package.
