Customer service not do the correction that they promise to do. Not reliable. I paid for home delivery but shown in APP as go to pickup point. I called asking for correction. They told that they did it. But it still shows as go to pickup point. I called several times from Friday 5 June 2026 to thursday.11 June Nothing change.

They do not deliver as they send me message. The chat kept giving message that they apologise for delay, in fact they never show up and never update info for new delivery day. This torture receiver. I avoid order from website that offer only PostNord as transportation company
