I ordered strut bearings from Megazip on 2nd February, and while the process had a few challenges initially due to a change in freight cost (which required an additional payment on 14th February), the overall experience turned out to be very positive.
Throughout the process, their team was extremely helpful and responsive, usually replying within 24 hours. They assisted with tracking updates, ensured all invoices were properly sent for customs clearance, and maintained clear and transparent communication at every stage.
Once the order was processed, everything moved smoothly, and I received the items on 12th March in brand new condition. The packaging was secure, and the parts were genuine as advertised.
Overall, despite the initial delay, the level of support and professionalism stood out. I would definitely recommend Megazip and look forward to doing business with them again.

Order Delay and Confusing Shipping Explanation
I placed an order with MegaZip on February 14 (Order No. 1479500-1). At the time of purchase, the stated preparation time was around 4–7 working days. I also paid an additional shipping fee on February 20 to avoid any possible delays.
On March 2, I was informed that the order had already been fully assembled and was waiting for shipment. However, as of today, March 10, 2026, the order status still shows “In Process,” and no tracking number has been provided.
What made the situation more confusing was the explanation given by support. I was told that shipments from the UAE to Israel were suspended due to the regional situation. This explanation does not seem relevant to my case because my shipping address is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Delays can happen, but the information and explanations provided have been inconsistent. I expected clearer communication and a more accurate update about when the order would actually be shipped.
This is my experience with MegaZip 10-03-2026.

I had a similar concern regarding shipping costs and delays with my order as well. At one point the shipping explanation was also confusing because the system mentioned Israel while my delivery address is in Saudi Arabia.
However, after further communication the issue was reviewed by Katherine H., Senior Customer Support Manager, and the situation was handled professionally. MegaZip eventually offered a solution and agreed to cover the shipping cost for the remaining items.
I hope the company continues improving transparency regarding stock availability and shipping information to avoid similar confusion for other customers.

Regarding the shipping cost: The estimate provided at checkout was based on the physical weight of your items. However, carriers in the UAE often use dimensional weight (DIM weight) to calculate the final price. This means they charge based on the size of the package rather than just how heavy it is. Unfortunately, the additional cost you saw reflects that volume-based calculation rather than an upgrade to a faster service.
Regarding the timeframe: Due to ongoing restrictions in the UAE, all major carriers, including EMS, DHL, and Gulf Express, have temporarily paused deliveries to most regions, including Saudi Arabia. At this time, shipping is limited to domestic addresses within the UAE only.
Please know that we are actively monitoring the situation and will reach out the moment services to Saudi Arabia resume.

I have used Megazip for previous orders and everything went smoothly. No delays, no extra fees and prompt delivery.
This time however has been the opposite. 5 orders placed, 2 orders had extra shipping parts costs and price increases resulting in a request for a total of $119.10 USD . They need to be up front on costs. I have made a complaint and waiting on a reply .Edit...since have had a reply explaining the process of shipping. It is much clearer to me now. They have given me extra discount to compensate me for the delays, so I am happy to go ahead with orders.
Paid the extra fees they required. Overall a good out come. Four stars for a quick response to my issues, but they need to be a bit clearer on their website for a 5 star review.

Excellent company for discontinued…
Excellent company for discontinued parts for my 2011 imported Delica D5. Had been trying to source a front console lid for over 2 years!
Payment was slightly awkward but that was probably down to me and no reflection on the website!
Part was packaged really well, tracking updates were excellent and shipping costs very reasonable.
I will definitely be using again.

4-5 week delivery time mentioned after they took my money
All was good until they updated shipping charge by double because of size of one item. This item was taken out then when asked ETA they say 4-5 weeks! They outright say handling 4-5 days. They will not refund my 807.00 US but rather an in store credit, no credit card refund! Unreal...I will keep everyone posted as to whether or not they resolve this!
