Exceptional customer service
Really cannot fault Metrofone for being genuinely helpful in helping resolve an issue with my phone, and putting it right for me.
I've used them previously and always got great value, but unfortunately a phone issue arose with my latest purchase. It did cause inconvenience but I cannot blame the staff or Metrofone as they did what they could to try and resolve it.
The staff at the call centre have been exceptional. Particularly Zachary who was super helpful and clear in his advice and guidance, and his colleague (sorry don't have her name) who was the one who did sort this for me. I am very grateful for them helping me resolve this issue.
I believe that good customer service should be recognised which is why I'm doing this review - and the way they responded to this issue has been appreciated.

Bin the VOXI SIM card
I was a little sceptical about using them as I’d never heard of them before, but everything went through smoothly.
Delivery was secure, with a code required via DPD, and I received good communication about when to expect my order.
There was a random VOXI SIM card included, which I did think was a little cheeky, as it could easily confuse people into thinking they needed to activate that one instead of the SIM you’ve actually ordered. I gave them a quick call to check, though, and they explained it straight away.
It was also good to speak to English customer service when I called, which is reassuring if you ever need any help.
Overall, I’m happy with the service. Activating my Vodafone SIM was really easy, and my number was successfully transferred over from O2 the next day. All good in the end!

Absolutely fantastic service

My phone had some kind of restrictions so I had to return it and I took advantage of changing the colour as well. Followed their return procedure and they processed it within 24hours, so following day received another brand new phone of chosen colour. Still have to apply for postage refund and hopefully that will also be smooth. So impressed with the service and product ☺️ definitely recommend.
