Ordered on 4th of July still nothing, no email replies and no refund……2 months down the line, 60 euros down the drain SCAM!!!!

After ordering I was left for 4 weeks without any updates. I was begining to get really sceptical that my order may never arrive, since my 3 emails to the company were left unanswered. Eventually I called their customer service and after being left on hold for 8 minutes, with the same repeating message "you are first in queue and will be answered shortly" I was losing hope, but then a kind lady answered. She kindly explained that there was a system glitch and they never recieved my order, and then afterwards my order was dispatched in a matter of 4 hours and I received it the next day.
For anyone who is sceptical like I was I would advise just to give them a call and all will be sorted.

Order an item & spent €30 on express shipping. After over 4 weeks the item never came, store never shipped it & than refused to refund any money.
My advise is to shop at Oneills instead.
This is an ugly scam store. Im filing a claim in court for this.

What a waste of time. Ordered a pair of running shoes a week ago, they hadn’t left their warehouse so I emailed them to which I had no response. I called them to chase it up only to be told they didn’t send the shoes from the shop to the warehouse for them to send out to Royalmail. Had I not called them, I wouldn’t have known because they don’t pass on information. I won’t order from here again. Cancelled order so waiting for refund now.

After buying the wrong size jersey in their outlet shop for my daughter I returned the next day to be told that they didn't have her size nor could they give a refund. I emailed customer services and explained the situation. In the meantime I ordered two new jerseys online one of which arrived and an email to say the other was not in stock and I was refunded for. Contacted them again regarding the wrong sized jersey from the outlet shop and eventually was sent information regarding a returns address etc. Returned item along with purchase receipt and tags attached etc on 26th June and have not heard one word back from McKeever since. No reply to my emails and no one answering their phones either. If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely disappointing service from a supposedly reputable company!

Ordered 4 jerseys in April and after waiting a month and several ignored or poorly responded to emails later they cancelled all bar 1 of the jerseys and sent a refund.

Made the mistake recently of ordering another jersey for my child in June and have been waiting 6 weeks and counting for it. Why take everyone's money just to leave them waiting for an eternity before sending (or cancelling)? Also the customer service is abysmal - either ignored or the same copy/paste excuse about them implementing some new system (seems your new system isn't up to scratch lads!).

Last time I ever order off them, which is a shame given they're the official jersey provider for my county.

The product page and order mentions Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping, however no tracking number was provided on despatch or after requesting for it.

As of today, there is no sign of the package, neither of the tracking number, nor of any response from the customer service.

Ordered last Wednesday it’s now Monday and still haven’t received my parcel after paying for 48 hr delivery!

It means a lot to have a commemorative top with the 1926 team names in the weave, thank you! <3

Placed an order over 2 months ago.

Information about product dispatch etc was on the order portal but the dates etc were not actually mentioned on order confirmation, so I had no reference.

I sent a polite follow up email just enquiring about delivery since it was over 2 months and received a very snarky passive aggressive response from customer service.

I don’t think that’s acceptable or professional.

Abysmal customer service, answer was always very unhelpful or ignored. Order for a teenager placed in February, received in June. No possibility to change sizes as a result of their long lead times. Would not recommend this company, if I could give 0 stars, I would.

I ordered a pair of football boots and paid extra for Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery because we needed them urgently for a football tournament. The order was confirmed on 23 June, and for several days the status remained "We're preparing these items for shipping." I waited patiently, assuming everything was on track. After hearing nothing, I called customer service myself. Only then was I told that the boots were actually out of stock and that my order would be fully refunded. The problem isn't the refund. The problem is that nobody informed me the item wasn't available. I lost several days waiting, believing my order was being prepared, when in reality there was no stock. Had I been told immediately, I could have ordered the boots elsewhere in time for the tournament. What made the experience even worse was the phone call. When I explained how disappointing the situation was and that a refund didn't solve the fact that my child now had no boots for the tournament, I felt my concerns were dismissed. The representative's reaction came across as if she was laughing at my frustration, and the call was ended before I had finished speaking. That left me feeling completely disrespected. Poor stock management, poor communication and a very disappointing level of customer service. I won't be ordering from McKeever Sports again.
