Unfortunatly the auctioneer (Chris) was way too fast dropping the hammer, I dont know whether the other bidder was on line or in the auction house but he didnt wait even 3 seconds between bids which meant by the time I'd put my fifth bid through, he'd dropped the hammer. There needs to bit of concideration taken into account in regards to people who are bidding on line, not everyones internet is on superfast NBN networks and it also depends where someone is located. He even announced the Telstra network down today.
That lady (Keryn?) who had been carrying out the auctions prior to him taking over for the second time was relaxed, she even offered $100 incriments on numerous vehicles, he didn't do that on many vehicles or the vehicle I was bidding on, I had another $1500 to bid up to. Extremley dissappointed.

Are you aware post sale inspection has to be ordered within 5 hours of purchase?.
Well, that what Manhiem, Florida told me when I called to order a PSI. The vehicle was purchased over the weekend; the option to self order on the app wasnt available, so I had to call the auction on Monday to place the order.
But I was told there is nothing they can do. Shame on them for ripping people off.
Fantastic service from Manheim
As someone who was struggling to have to go be up farming after losing my husband, Pat Fox from Manheim made the process of doing a clearing sale so much better than I thought it would be.
He is not just a good representative for the company and knows what he is doing He also feels for his clients and wants to do the best for them.
I felt comfortable the whole way as he worked with me and never pushed once telling me how it should be or making me make decisions I didn’t feel comfortable with.
I would recommend Manheim to anyone that is looking to sell items without hesitation
All I can say is give them a call you won’t be disappointed
Happy client Sam
Manheim is the worst
Manheim is the worst. They don’t let Tow Truck drivers and need to pick up vehicles. They want the driver to drive the car out and blow the engine and let them be responsible. If you buy a coffee in them. You are a big dummy. Just remember my words.LOL

This business is the worst business to do work with Manheim auto auction is the most corrupt business I ever seen in my life specially, the arbitration department they decide with the big dealers and they screwed the little guys
Bought a care
Bought a care. Drove home. Absolutely rubbish car. Leaking oil. Driving very wobly. Driving shaft damaged and Manheim is not taking it back
My experience with Manheim auctions is…
My experience with Manheim auctions is really not good, I purchased a car from the drivable auction and they haven’t listed the damage on the report correctly as well as the photos they taken for the car are not true or they take the photos somehow the damage on the car is not visible on the photos.
See the attached photos while the car was at the auction and after.
Fraudulent business practices
I have been in business for 32 years and can’t believe this companies fraudulent business practices. I bought two concession trailers as a dealer from Manheim Cincinnati. The pictures they posted showed all the equipment that was inside. When we picked them up the equipment was gone. The GM Melissa said they belong to a bank as repo’s and they allowed the equipment to be removed. I told her they shouldn’t have listed the pictures for the auction with the equipment then. I told her that equipment was bolted down and mounted. She said it didn’t matter. I said so when someone looks at the pictures of the engine in a truck that is selling then the purchaser should be ok the engine was removed when they come to pick up. She said that was different. I said no it isn’t. She was extremely ruid and had no intentions of hearing me out. She said I wasn’t going to talk to her that way. I said did I use bad language or something to you. She says no your tone. Unbelievable. Manheim is 100% for themselves and doesn’t know the first thing about customer service or proper business practices. It’s a shame that they operate this way and should be ashamed and embarrassed. They should have their license pulled for this type of business practice.
Tanyia was brilliant in relaying my instructions.
Tanyia was brilliant in relaying my purchase rational to the Vendor. Both Tanyia and Cathy were diligent and very helpful in fixing a glitch from my bank to enable my truck driver to pick up an excavator out of Newcastle with little delay. Their people were great and again I want to highlight Tanyia because I would have walked away from this purchased had she not reached out to me.

From the reply to email to the pick up of items it was easy and staff member at location was very helpful and friendly
This is the most dishonest platform…
This is the most dishonest platform around. Discriptions are worthless, they actively support misrepresentation and when ligit arbitrations are brought they will find a way to kick them. Like pricing the job at their wholesale made up number to not hit the threshold even though they are not a repair facilty and they will not do the work themselves.

I strongly advise against buying a car from Manheim Auctions.
In my experience, the auction lacks transparency and accountability. I purchased a vehicle just two weeks ago, and it has already broken down completely. The engine has failed, and the car is now unusable.
When I tried to contact them to report the issue, they refused to properly address my complaint or offer any support. This has left me with a significant financial loss and no resolution.
I trusted this auction, believing it to be credible, and that was my mistake. I don’t want others to go through the same experience.
If you’re considering buying a car through an auction, please be very cautious. Make sure you fully understand the risks, inspect thoroughly where possible, and don’t rely solely on the information provided.
Learn from my situation—don’t risk losing your hard-earned money.
Photos
All the photos on the auction make the car look brand new, once I buy the car it's got damage that wasn't shown on the photos

The take 2 times the money and don`t pay it back!
They take your money from your credit card and send you another invoice to pay. If you pay then with paypal, they take it 2 times, and they steel it !
They ley to Paypal and say transaction is ok and you can not even claim from Paypal back. Be careful of these thiefs ! Only way is to go to a lawyer. And cost a lot!
Extremely unhelpful, inattentive and unfriendly
Manheim's national account manager – assessors Patrick was extremely unhelpful, inattentive and unfriendly. He did not fully understand my correspondence before responding, gave incorrect responses and, when I tried to clarify the information with him over the phone, his tone became increasingly rude, condescending and even threatening before terminating the phone call without a valid reason, warning or second chance. I believe Patrick's rude, condescending and threatening behaviour violated company policy by terminating the phone call without a valid reason. I also believe his rude, condescending and threatening behaviour is the reason why Manheim is unable to source more stock to sell. This has impacted on stock numbers and ultimately revenue figures. As it stands I no longer want to deal with Manheim because the company employs rude, condescending and threatening people like Patrick. Customers should not have to tolerate rude customer service at Manheim's Queensland (and interstate) office locations.
Check car excess fee
They don’t say much about the car in auctions but do let you see the car I bought a car it had a clicking noise which was a pulley so js make sure u check the car before u buy it. Also the excess fee is a lot around 15-20% so js be weary of that aswell.. I was lucky to just get a pulley problem but others have worse
