5 star service
The whole process to collect and return a scooter at Mallorca Airport was easy and clear. The scooter was fairly new and in a very good condition. The support was always available via the Whatsup messaging with a bit of delay. My only problem was that both helmets were large for me and my teenage daughter. We were given sizes L and M, while we normally use S and XS. It would be great if the company checks the helmet sizes with the customer in advance. Also, please note that the deposit is returned to the card 1 week later. Otherwise great company, transparent rental policy, no hidden catches. I would rent from them again if come back to Mallorca.

Great place to rent a scooter
I really liked the experience! Everything was quite easy. I only gave 4 stars because the return was a bit messy and the person in the shop gave a bit of a stressed feeling at times. Everything else was nice

Excellent place to rent a scooter
Quick, easy service. The scooter I rented - a Piaggio - was in excellent condition. The helmets provided were also very clean/nice. The return of the scooter was also very simple.

Overall
Overall, I am very satisfied. However, I had to deduct one star because I originally expected to pick up the scooter at the airport. This was due to a communication issue. In the end, I was at least able to return the scooter at the airport. Other than that, everything was perfect!
