I wanted to join because their WhatsApp group seemed like a welcoming community for Pokémon TCG players.
I answered all the questions that they asked me.
I then said, 'So now what?'
Because I really didn't know what I was supposed to do next. In response
I got a laughing emoji and then, 'Could not possibly add someone who talks like this bye. I found this to be unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming, particularly as someone new to the hobby.
If the group requires people to communicate in a certain formal style, or to write only in full sentences. Then they should state that in the description instead of laughing

Very rude individual that work there rather go buy from a competitor.

Avoid at all cost as the owner of the store if one of the least professional person I had ever encountered.

The owner was a customer of mine which order few products. Some of them got damaged, therefore I offered to compensate for that with either full refund or the difference in between the value of the contents and what he paid for sealed products.

He agreed on sending the damaged products back with me providing the return label. Instead of sending the products he send a bunch of trash showing what kind of a person he is.

So if you ever would like to buy off Maxim, think twice if you want to deal with such person.

I put in an order 2 days before leaving on holiday and I was curious to know if it would arrive before then. I send an email asking and he told me that he would pack my order a bit faster so I could for sure get it on time. (Which it did!)

Had been looking everywhere online to get an Arceus Zippered binder for a friend. Everywhere that would ship to her location was sold out (or would have cost too much in shipping). I stumbled across Maximus, placed my order, and was shipped right away. It arrived safely and was exactly what I ordered. Very happy with the product and service. They also have a lot of stuff available that other online shops don't have available.
