Waarom klanten blijven terugkomen.

Overall has not too bad prices but they are a little high compared to other places. The worst offence is the delivery time though. They exclusively use the worst postal service and refuse to give customers options. PostNL has never delivered a package on time for their promised next day deliveries and always takes at a minimum 3 days if not 5 to a week later.

Ordered a lot of cards.
40% of the Foil cards came as pringled
20% damaged and not NM but as GD (not even EX)
4 missing.
They do not reply to emails.
I will never buy from them anymore
Employees are very kind and welcoming. All the events are very fun and beginner friendly. Love going there.
I placed three orders within a short period of time. Apart from the payment process, which goes through PayPal, the delivery was excellent—fast and efficient. The order confirmation and shipping notification emails were also great, with a direct link to the tracking number.
Great place for commander and other magic events. Good homemade lunch and snacks too!
I placed a pre-order for a Marvel Super Heroes Play Booster Box + a Commander precon. The original expected delivery was around the pre-release date (today, June 19th).According to the official Wizards of the Coast announcement, Play Boosters are not delayed in Europe — only the Commander decks are. Despite this, Bazaar of Magic moved my entire order to July.I politely asked to split the order: send the Booster Box on time (as originally promised) and keep the precon for July. They replied once within 1 hour, but after that more than 24 hours of complete silence.Zero flexibility, poor communication, and no willingness to help a customer from Belgium who was counting on the booster box for release day. All because of their policy to ship everything together, even when the delay is 100% on WOTC.Extremely disappointing service from what is supposed to be a big cardgame store.
Price is on the high side, and customer service wasn't too friendly. Not rude, but just indifferent.

I’ve made some orders, and as long as it is small orders it works great. Can no longer make bigger ones because of the shipping method - when bigger ones arrive to Sweden they will be sent with Bring homedelivery, the absolute worst shipping company out there..
Other than that it’s all great

One of the slimiest Magic stores in the game. They promote booster boxes at a '50% discount' by first doubling the price. You will be paying 30% over market with their "50% discount". Their prices are insanely inflated - the highest in Europe. They don't care about you, all they care about is money and making as much of it as possible.
Edit: to respond to your response - you advertise TNMT play booster box as having a 50% discount from 200 to 100. The latest advertised price (and according to my inbox the highest price you ever offered this box for was 159,99). European consumer law states that discounts must be based on the lowest price applied in the past 30 days. So please don't give me this 'TCG prices are difficult'. I understand the market dictates pricing and that you have to run a business - but this is just false advertising and against the law actually, on top of excessive pricing.

I have already placed several orders to Germany. Everything always arrived very quickly and in perfect condition—ideal for collectors.
I will definitely be ordering here more often. 😉
My son ordered a card on January 9th, and it has only just arrived today. The card is exactly as it should be. Bazaar and Magic were quick to send the card, but unfortunately it took a month before it arrived. The slow delivery was due to issues with DAO. It would be nice if it were possible to ship with tracking at a more reasonable price than what they currently offer.

A tcg store that abuses prices and hikes the price for wanted new sets and products.
They have litteraly taken the place of scalpers by being the scalpers themselves, for a company that claims to be the biggest of Europe (also a lie), this is shameful and disgusting, alas not against WotC policies.
Comparing the prices directly to other companies makes it obvious that they are waiting for the products at other companies with normal prices to sell out, where after they can sell their products for abysmal prices.
Newer players won't notice it, and they treat new customers with a free (mostly worthles) packs every now and then, but the more you learn about the tcg game the more you notice how this company operates.
Avoid them if you can.
They have a comment section which is not open for true comments, say anything negative and it gets deleted almost instantly.
I'm never buying here again, the alternatives are way better and have better service.
Edit (after comment from store):
If you truly wanted to avoid becoming scalpers you would've maintained a 1-2 unique products for wanted sets per customer, you choose to hike the price.
I was also only negative about the prices in your comments, if this is considered violating platform guidelines, it says alot about your policies. So do not make it sound like I was being a criminal in the comments.

Very expensive abusive prices in single cards. Hirrible customer service, takes Long, very long to get an answer and they avoid any responsability if there is any mistake or problem with the Order.
I personally recommend not to risk in this shop.

Was just about to order, had clicked all the way through and was about to sign. When i realised that the sum did not add up.
I was about to pre order the Avatar-collector boosters. But they increased the price when i moved on to buy.
In my country that would be illegal. Never buying here again.

I recently bought an expensive card - Gaea's Cradle - on Bazaar of Magic, because I thought I would always receive near mint cards on that platform.
However what I received was far away from near mint - I even did a reddit poll on the condition and asked a shopkeeper about it and both had the same opinion: It was played at best, with white spots on the back and chipped white corners. Please do not buy expensive cards on this platform. Btw, they did not refund any costs!
I never received my order, even though it was a Final Fantasy pre-order, ordered a month in advance.
Despite several complaints, Bazaar of Magic dragged out my requests for a month and never agreed to a refund or reshipment.
I lost my money and never received my item.

Very disappointed with the Summer Collector Box. Claimed to include €500 worth of premium Magic products, but all I got was leftover stock and three (!) products from a set nobody wants (Aetherdrift).
This does not feel like a collector experience at all, just a way for them to dump unsold inventory. Customer service was polite but unwilling to offer any real solution. After spending quite a bit of money here over the years, this was the final straw.

Service was great and I received my products fast. All was packed safely as well and products were in top shape. Super happy with my purchase and everything after. Will for sure use them again!
on the website it says order today and tomorrow it will be at your home, for one parcel I have to wait 3 weeks, for the second 2 weeks, I have already lost hope that I will receive my parcels, I only lost money, the store does not take any responsibility for the parcels, if they reach your home then ok, if not then it's your problem, on bol.com it is safer because if the parcel does not arrive they send a new one, here they do not give a damn about the customers!

Disastrous service. I ask to remove some items from the order since one was missing and they send everything anyway making me pay more for shipping. as if that wasn't enough the cards they send me are ruined, dirty, marked, far below the declared conditions. I will never buy from these scammers again
