Fantastic service throughout
From start to finish, I had a fantastic experience with Steve and the team who helped me buy my first home. They explained my options to me very clearly and despite some bumps along the way with the seller's documentation and having to change mortgage lender, Steve was great in giving me other options and guiding me. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service - really friendly, honest, and helpful. Took the time to explain my options and answered any questions I had at every step of the way. They stayed in touch at each stage, and were easily contactable if needed. Having used a different mortgage advisor in the past, I can say hand on heart that Mortgage Studio were much easier to deal with, more helpful, and made the whole process quicker and easier. Mortgage Studio seem to really care about their customers and so I will definitely be using Mortgage Studio again, and would highly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic mortgage and insurance
We very recently exchanged on our property and can’t speak highly enough of Mortgage Studio. As first-time buyers, we found the process a little daunting, but Steve was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and insightful. He explained everything about our mortgage in simple and understandable terms and helped us not only with the initial stages, but throughout the whole process if we had any questions.
Steve and Becca were quick to respond to any emails, from either us or our solicitors and provided a top notch service throughout. They even provided excellent insurance options.

Wouldn't use any other mortgage broker!
We've been using Steve for our mortgages for years and won't be going anywhere else anytime soon. Outstanding service from start to finish. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and flexible and very responsive. He's also very proactive, so you always know he's got everything in hand and don't need to chase or 'manage' him, which is one less thing to worry about in a stressful house moving process.
When things got tricky and we were in danger of losing our dream house to another offer, Steve spent a lot of extra time lining up alternative financing options, such as let to buy and bridging loans to ensure that we didn't lose the house which was much appreciated.
All in all, we'd highly recommend Steve and wouldn't use anyone else for our mortgage.

We had the best experience anyone could…
We had the best experience anyone could possibly have with Steve and Georgia, from our initial call, to completion and even aftercare and I really doubt that the story is different with other customers. Steve is the best in this field, not only because he managed to secure us a mortgage but also because we had trouble with a good handful of other mortgage brokers, and Steve dissected our case like the seasoned professional that he is, and exhausted every possible avenue until we got the offer that we needed. Nothing but positive words from myself and my partner and we would both highly recommend and encourage anyone to use Steve and Georgia’s services. It was such a refreshing experience to be guided through the mortgage maze, by two really genuine experts in their field.

Stress free mortgage application
I have and will continue to recommend Steve at Mortgage studio to anyone that asks. He made the process of getting a mortgage as stress free as possible.
