I ordered the “Electric Spray Air Cushion” hairbrush set (£53.52) after seeing an Instagram ad showing it instantly straightening hair in one stroke. What arrived were two cheap plastic brushes that do nothing of the sort — they don’t straighten hair at all, and the build quality feels like it cost a fraction of what I paid.

Worse than the product itself is the complete silence from the company. I tried to request a return through their website contact form — no response. I then emailed the address on both their site and my order confirmation directly — again, nothing. Weeks later, still no reply of any kind.

Save your money. The advert is misleading (almost certainly AI-generated to show results the product can’t deliver), the product doesn’t work, and there is no functioning customer service or return process. I’ve effectively lost £53.52 with no recourse.

Can I say, I emailed my issue to moonycozy early this morning and I had an answer this afternoon! Truly, that blew me away. Durian support will refund me, I'm so grateful. The product is great, the colours super delightful. One of the caps was for my girlfriend. But, whoever packed the two caps, folded them in half, so this horrid crease goes down the middle. Supervision needed, right! Bother! But, thank you ever so much for a super quick reply to my email and a refund on its way. 🙂

Product was ordered on August 1, 2026. Email from Moonycozy on August 29 says the item was delivered. I sent them an email stating that it never arrived. No response! I looked through my ring camera footage and it showed no delivery. I sent a follow up email, no response. I went back through their tracking and found where it was supposedly delivered on August 21, 2026 to my front porch. I again went back through my ring camera and found no delivery. I filled a claim through PayPal and they denied my claim saying the company says the product was delivered. I sent a third email to their customer support requesting a replacement or a refund, no response. Luckily the product wasn’t that expensive.
UPDATE: They have still not responded to my emails, but they have responded to my review post here. They have now reached out and have given me a full refund. Therefore I have updated my rating to 3 stars. I'm glad that they refunded my money, but they need to work on their customer service.

Hello bought several products on moonycozy and they were on time like they said and product was ok , i trust on this website

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!!! They will tell you your package has arrived and then send you on a wild goose chase trying to find it and decline a refund when you refuse to participate in running all over your neighborhood knocking on doors looking for said lost package that they most likely never even really sent.

Customer care tried to resend the previously damaged item (a brush) but used the wrong address.
They didn't even read the main e-mail.
This website is 100% scam.

electric air brush I ordered 2 = 4 by mistake and I never got them which cost me over $200 and I'm still waiting for my refund, They never contacted me or even sent me the brushes this is the biggest scam online service I have ever delt with, all I want is my money put back on my credit card PLEASE (WHICH WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BECAUSE THEY ARE A SCAMMING COMPANY RIGHT)

Mooncozy is a scam. Their advertised smart glasses with video and photo abilities is a scam. They send you glasses that have Bluetooth connectivity and sound, no camera and no ability to do videos or photos. Don’t buy from them.

I purchased the electric steam brush and it just does not straighten or work at all like the advertisement. Very misleading and I've yet to receive a refund which is disappointing.

Customer service works. The product didn’t fit my expectations so they refunded the money.

I ordered the dashcam from them and there was an issue with the item which I communicated with the support team, and honestly the way they handled it showed that they genuinely care about the customer satisfaction. Thank you for this.

Not what I expected, contacted Michael and he credited my original payment. This was excellent customer service!!!

Ordered a product that did not live up to the commercial. I emailed customer support and they immediately refunded what I paid, and I did not have to return the product (avoiding postage costs). Even though the product wasn’t good, I found the customer service response time and handling outstanding.

I ordered a product from this website 2 weeks ago. I haven’t heard from them since except for an email with a tracking number that does not actually track my order. It shows to be an invalid order. I highly doubt at this point that I will even receive what I paid for. I am disgusted with this company and highly disappointed in them for not sending me what I paid for. This is a SCAM to say the least.

So they let you order but not change your address and when you email about it they said no it will to your new address. But the is a lie, I ordered something from and got an email saying it was delivered however I didn’t recieve it as they sent it to an address I have had in 6 years so there is no way of me getting it. So I emailed them about he issue that o had also gave my new addresss for, and their reply was it was delivered. I truly believe this is a huge scam as now I can’t get a hold of anyone. So I am out my product and I am out my money of 113.16. HUGE SCAM!! If I could have gave them a negative number for a review I would as they deserve a -5

I purchased Electric Spray Air Cushion Massage Comb, it does absolutely nothing it claims to do!
The water tank holds about 2mls water and it took 3 weeks to arrive. Please save yourself the money, I can guarantee you will waste it!

They immediately responded to my needs. Very impressed.
