I spoke with Simon about remortgaging our property as we needed clarity on current options available to us in the changing market climate. The process was very smooth, with communication and confirmation of call times given by text and via email. Having spoken with Simon, i have to say that he was professional, dilengent, informed and made things very clear, taking the time to explain options without applying pressure. Not sure i could have asked for a better service or advice given my experience (5*).
