Bought something by mistake. Asked about a refund. Was sent to escalation team. Have been promised a refund. So hopefully problem solved. Been dealing with Eugene, very helpful.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

they are thieves
In my experience, this company took my money and I never received the product. They promised a refund, but I still have not received my €49.99 back. I believe this is a dishonest business practice. Be careful before making any purchase from them.

Scam / phishing company
**Please read the 'positive' rated reviews carefully!! They're not positive, but most authors are blackmailed to leave a positive review in order to get their money back! **
Model2play / Dewlure is a 100% scam company who performed phishing using a Rituals-like email address.
Tricked me into accepting a giftset, ended up with a membership of EU22.99 without knowing I subscribed for this (this was mentioned somewhere in the T&C according to CS).
While their customer service confirmed my request to cancel the membership, they instead reduced it to a new EU8.85 membership.
Immediately had my CC blocked for them to stop taking money.
*Review Update 3-aug*
I would get my money back if I would leave a review, which I did.
While their CS communicates to strive for transparency, they are now blackmailing me to remove my initial negative review before reimbursing the above mentioned 23 and 9 euros.

I don't know if this company sell stuff or so.
But I was tricked into entering my data for some goody and than they started to charge more and more sums on my creditcard.
After contacting them they (probably a Bot) said the will issue a refund and nothing happen except more money was drained from the account. If by a miracel they pay the money back, after now more than 14 days, I would be surprised.
Beware: They try to get you to post a positive review, so that they can "finish" the transaction. Don't fall for it. Good Luck to any other user (ps.: they seem to send mail from several domains)
