Scammers. They pretend to be a different webshop and once paid they have you on a membership and hide behind their terms and conditions which do not show in de payment process.

i was victim of fraud

It was a great experience, everything was perfect

Scammed by a facebook post fronted as Go Outdoors. Thought i was buying a backpack, had 2 pending payments in my account. Contacted my bank straight away.

Quickly resolved

Not a very clear system when looking at emails sent. Unaware of gift cards and top ups etc or that you are signing up to an account or a subscription, very confusing set up. More transparency needed for customer to grasp what is happening.
Thankfully, however, a good response from the support team, Zoe being a member of that team, who was helpful in obtaining a full refund after my refund request being downsized by chat email response.
In the end, Well done!!

Absolute scam. Advert was offer to buy books. No Apple Pay available, thankfully used my credit card. Purchase made in a hurry didn’t do my usual research until afterwards. Stop the transaction , then received notification that more attempts had been made to take further monies,

I wait to see if I get fully reimbursed by Bikecreek. If they do, then Raj will indeed have been very reactive.
