Price was OK but connection could be more reliable

I bought an eSIM for Europe and used it in France, Belgium and Germany. Purchasing the eSIM online was difficult, as my two cards were rejected and I finally had to ask someone to buy it for me. Once activated, the connection was sometimes unavailable or unstable, especially while travelling between places, and this happened even within the same country. Overall, it was usable but not as reliable as expected.
