Purchased MobiMatter package for Europe…

Purchased MobiMatter package for Europe and tried to activate from home some 400 km from European border. eSIM card installed at first attempt, but no internet data access. Contact customer service, got generated message to try on the border. Found Wifi connection abroad still doesn’t work. Contact again CS got instructions to turn off Wifi and upload 4 screenshots. Ok, it will be roaming charges accruing from my provider, but will resolve problems. New instruction without problem solving and send them refund request. Reply was to turn off WiFi connection and upload again set of 4 screenshots. Replied that I already lost 2 days of purchased package for trip of 6 days and can’t accrue new roaming charges which will exceed price of their package. Asked them to either delete eSIM card and reverse charges, or I will delete. Again request from CS to upload same set of uploaded screen shot and again turn off WiFi connection.
Replied that I deleted eSIM and instantly got response that now I’m not entitled for refund. My neighbor at resort where I’m staying purchased 500 GB from same provider and same thing happened. eSIM installed but no access to internet data?
Stay away from packages for Europe, very competitive prices, but product doesn’t work

The Best eSIM App I’ve Used

I’ve been using MobiMatter for all of my eSIM purchases and I’ve had an excellent experience every time.

The app offers a huge selection of eSIMs from different providers, making it easy to find the best option for any country or region. Prices are consistently very competitive, activation is simple, and everything works exactly as expected.

The interface is clean and easy to use, purchasing takes only a few minutes, and I’ve never had any issues with my eSIMs.

If you’re looking for reliable eSIMs with great prices and plenty of choices, I highly recommend MobiMatter. It’s the only app I use for my travel eSIMs.
