Title: Unusable service in Turkey - 1 Mbps throttle makes it worthless
Order MM-23508375. I bought an eSIM for Turkey, advertised as "Fast Data Connectivity".
Reality: After 3GB per day, speed is throttled to 1 Mbps which in 2026 is completely unusable. You cannot load Google Maps, emails, or make a WhatsApp call. Even before throttling, I had only 2 bars signal in central Alanya where local SIMs have full 4G/5G.
I consumed 10GB only because apps were constantly retrying and buffering - consumption does NOT mean it worked.
Support refused refund with copy-paste replies about "service was delivered". No accountability for choosing a terrible local partner.
For anyone who needs RELIABLE internet for work, AVOID. This is not a professional service. There are much better eSIM providers.
Will be filing a chargeback for service not as described.

For Order MM-23508375, our records confirm that the eSIM was successfully installed, activated, and used, with more than 10 GB of data consumed.
The package you purchased clearly states that it provides 3 GB per day at full speed, followed by speeds of up to 1 Mbps, with the high-speed allowance resetting every 24 hours. This is a feature of the package and not a technical malfunction.
Regarding the signal, network coverage and signal strength can vary depending on the location and the local network conditions. The 2-bar signal shown in your screenshot indicates that coverage at your specific location was not optimal.
Our support team offered real-time troubleshooting to investigate the connection further, but the requested checks were not completed. Based on the recorded usage and the package specifications, the eSIM was delivered and used as purchased and is therefore not eligible for a refund under our refund policy.

Worked great upon arrival in destination country
As first time user of third party eSIM I couldn't verify installation until I arrived in destination country. So this was frustrating. My Samsung phone had 2 eSIM slots in the software. I turned off my primary carrier eSIM, turn on mobile data and all was good. Great signal strength every where I went.
