Contracted by Landlord who has failed to act on leaking roof for over three years. Courteous and prompt customer service, brilliant communication from a lovely team of telephone operators, and a polite and efficient visit to assess and treat mould. Report made and prompt action from Mouldex to replace extractor fans. Brilliant service from engineers and company. Now if only the landlord could repair the three year old leak anyway near as efficiently. But this is not about the landlord, it is a well deserved review of the Mouldex service.

Engineer came out yesterday, helpful and friendly, explained everything.
Couldn't get my cooker working after he left, so contacted Mouldex , spoke to a lovely lady called Wendy, so knowledgeable and helpful, really knew her stuff, had the cooker working again in minutes.

Paul came to my house today for some mould treatment in 3 rooms. He did a fantastic job and was very clean and tidy with his work. The difference from before and after was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Cannot fault the service and professionalism provided by Simon today. We have our elderly mum living with us who is vulnerable and suffers dementia. He was very understanding and explained to her what work needed to be carried out. I showed Simon the work area that needed to be done and he went through everything that needed replacing and repairing and explaining stuff as he went along. A true gent and very skilled at his job. First class service from start to finish.

Tony came to my home to place radon detectors. He was very communicative, dropping me a text the day prior to his visit, which allowed me to communicate him on the day of. He was extremely knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions I had.

So,the first visit was Gaz, lovely bloke, really down to earth,and said it it as it actually was.
Second Visit,Gaz to do what he said needed doing,on first visit.
Really lovely Genuine family man,cleaned up after himself, and took a real Pride in his work.
He does need to come back,as one of the parts were out of stock, but he's done a fabulous job,and I finally have my nice bathroom back, Instead of it been miserable with mould.
Would Recommend Gaz to anyone, Sound Bloke, Genuine, amd does what it says on the tin

They were quick,efficient and friendly.

Gaz arrived with a pleasant good morning smile told me was from mouldex explained the job he would doing.
Once Gaz finished the job he tidy-up then explained the fan to me. Excellent work.
