The return policy is not good , this is my experience : I am from Spain , I returned a shirt that was small following all the instructions in the page and what is my surprise that I got the shirt back to my house.

Fast shipping, great selection!
Love my blouse from Greek Archaic Kori, I would like to mention that the website said it was true to size when in reality I ordered a Medium and it is still loose on me and I usually wear a large or xtra large as a woman 180cm size 42 with a curvy chest. Maybe the sizing could have said generous or oversized? There were no specific garment measurements so I just took a chance as the large size was sold out. The smaller size medium is perfect!

Extra delivery cost than the amount stated in the site
I made the order and paid for the blouse and 19.90 euro for delivery to Cyprus and the order was complete. After this I received an email from the shop informing me that I had to pay extra 22 euro for delivery and they will send me a link to pay. I answered that in their site it stated that delivery to eu countries and in cyprus the delivery was 19.95 euro and that it is not legal to ask for more. The said that if i did not pay they would not send me the blouse so I paid the extra cost 19.90+ 22 = 42 euro for delivery. This is clearly theft

The shipping costs shown during checkout are an indication. Unfortunately, we can only calculate the exact shipping costs once the package has been prepared and the final weight is known. For this reason, our website also states that in some cases additional shipping costs may apply.
If it turns out that the actual shipping costs are higher, we inform the customer in advance. At that point there is always the option to cancel the order if the shipping costs are not acceptable.
It is certainly not our intention to confront customers with unexpected costs, but unfortunately we only know the exact shipping costs for a package after the order has been processed. Nevertheless, we will take your feedback into consideration and will look into the possibility of offering better shipping rates for international deliveries in the future.

Great food and top service
Hadn’t been here in a while but went with my partner last night, we were early, wasn’t an issue, shown to a bar area where we had a drink until a table was available. From the moment we were shown in the customer service was excellent, the food absolutely outstanding, the rigatoni norcini was sublime while my partners pizza was delicious and very light base wise, cozy interior with good background music. A great place , good service and excellent food, won’t be long before I’m back

The first order discount is only valid on items that are not on sale. In your case, all selected items were already discounted, so the code could not be applied. This is also mentioned in the terms and conditions of the offer.
Regarding the shipping costs: we apply a standard rate, but in some cases, FedEx may adjust the final cost based on the exact delivery location. This is beyond our control, but we always aim to communicate any changes clearly.
