Significant delay completing the job
Significant delay completing the removal of the contents of a flat. Failed to take all the contents at the first visit. Needed further payment before they would agree to pick up the remainder of the contents. They were late arriving for the second pick up
I was given misleading information by the customer service team about the pick up time, the ability to pick up on the desired day and the progress of the pick up.
My wife and I feel that we were overcharged for the service and we are not convinced the contents of the flat were recycled .

Let down by this company
Booked because of so many positive reviews. I have a window of 8-1 booked for a collection for today. Paid upfront. Seemed really professional. I even turned down a request to collect 3 of the items for nothing. 12.45 still no update about arrival time so I called customer service to discover the van is 2 stops away. Operator said he’d try and get an eta but so far nothing. It’s 1305 and still no update. I’m going to have to cancel my work this afternoon. Really very disappointing experience.

UPDATE: Litta thanks for your apology. It wasn't great though I can see that you usually do get the job done on time. The guys eventually came at around 3pm and did the job. They were pleasant and helpful. Litta have been apologetic and promised to refund me the £15 I paid for the time slot. Unfortunately as a result of the missed time slot I had to cancel a commitment this afternoon and disappoint 5 people.

Had all the info but still managed for fall short
Took pictures. Made list, was charged.
Guys turned up but didn't want to take the metal furniture because "it cost them money to dispose of" so they organized a 3rd party to collect.
3rd party carefully picked through the items they wanted and left the rest. Then the runaround began.
First it was "I'll collect at 3" (same day)
Then it was "sorry but Monday is the soonest"
Then "Definitely Tuesday"
Apparently the items aren't accessible outside my front door. Whilst I'm not there..
The call center guy was fine. General attitude is fine but it just seems that they can't do the job. Shame really.

Great Service
I needed old carpet and other stuff removed from my flat. I went onto Litta website, picked my size of collection, booked the date and time and uploaded pictures, all went smoothly. Two gentlemen arrived and very quickly all my items were removed, they were on time, polite, courteous and efficient. I would use they services again and highly recommend.

It’s actually 0 stars! Very easy to book online the only problem they don’t collect! I waited hours, made two phone calls. On the last call I told the operator please let me know if they are coming to collect as I left the stuff in the communal area, he said to me sure I will let you know before leaving the office, well he didn’t call me back. At 22.00 (my collection was between 13.00 to 17.00) I had to move back the stuff to my apartment and went to sleep.
I will call them for a refund in the morning

Excellent service.
Very easy to book and they were available for the next day. All booked online and very straightforward. I have used Litta 4 times now and will definitely use them again . The garden waste and general rubbish from my driveway was cleared in 10 minutes and all was left in a tidy condition and staff were respectful of my property.

Everything about using Litta is a pleasure! The customer service is absolutely unrivaled, everyone is so so helpful and nice and easy to communicate with! Peter gets a special shout out for being an absolute angel, I called him stressed and frantic and he was able to understand what i was saying (which I made overly complicated because my brain was too exhausted to think) and give me the help I needed! We had two rubbish collections in the same week and both men who came were so nice and helpful! Kieron was the first man and he was so understanding of the difficulty of getting to my address, as we lived in the town centre. I didn't get the name of the second collector (sorry!), but he was wonderful too!! I also spoke to a John in customer service twice and he was absolutely fantastic and helpful! I really cannot say enough good things about Litta, and I know if I need more collections I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Terrible service
Terrible service. Mis-selling of the amount that would be collected. Beware - you will pay in full upfront for what appears to be a transparent service with seemingly clear images of the amount your load should look like and descriptions (e.g. the size of 8 washing machines).
However, the van arrived earlier than booked, already almost full and we had to deal with an initial refusal to take what had already been paid for. After time wasted on the phone to people in the Litta office, some items were eventually taken but not the amount paid for despite having supplied photographs of the waste that needed clearing and being quoted on that basis. I would not use their service again and recommend you find an alternative.
They are not at all transparent and took significantly less than the service paid for.
