Had all the info but still managed for fall short
Took pictures. Made list, was charged.
Guys turned up but didn't want to take the metal furniture because "it cost them money to dispose of" so they organized a 3rd party to collect.
3rd party carefully picked through the items they wanted and left the rest. Then the runaround began.
First it was "I'll collect at 3" (same day)
Then it was "sorry but Monday is the soonest"
Then "Definitely Tuesday"
Apparently the items aren't accessible outside my front door. Whilst I'm not there..
The call center guy was fine. General attitude is fine but it just seems that they can't do the job. Shame really.
