Unsere Großeltern gründeten 1937 die Konditorei und das Café Lammerskötter. Wir, Astrid Lammerskötter und Elke Heinhuis, leiten die Firma seit dem Jahr 2000. Wir arbeiten ausschließlich mit den besten Zutaten von Hand und ohne Zusatzstoffe. Wir lieben klare Konzepte – von leicht und fruchtig über saftig und süß bis hin zu schokoladig schwer… Jeder Teig, jede Creme wird von unserem Konditoren-Team um unseren Chef-Patissier und Meister Rene Schebben meisterlich gefertigt. Unser Blätterteig ist berühmt, unser hauchdünner Hefeteig patentiert. Unsere Schwerpunkte sind sowohl die feinen Torten, Hochzeitstorten und Desserts als auch die berühmten Aachener Printen. Die gibt es bei uns in besonderen Formen und Verfeinerungen. Wir verwenden frische Früchte statt künstlicher Aromen, hochprozentige Schokolade und viele andere hochwertige, reine und natürliche Rohstoffe. Unser bestreben ist es, beste Patisserie herzustellen, innovativ und modern, aber auch kreativ und klassisch. Das darf dann handfest rustikal sein – wie unser Gebäck, oder eben filigran und edel – wie unsere Desserts, Tartes und Torten.
