Product as described. Very good price and prompt delivery.

Delivery took a lot longer but it seemed to be Australia posts fault as I could see it was sitting at one depot for 3-4 days. The phone itself is excellent and I am very happy with it.

Very happy with the service I received from OZ Mobile phone is exactly as promised and looks brand new, only problem was that the phone in the first instance would not connect to the old Iphone for transfer and had to organise an expert to get it to work so wasted $50 dollars (maybe not OzMobile problem) as the expert could not tell me why it would not transfer. Besides that everything is now working , delivery was on time and the phone now works as it should. Best Regards:Tony Manders.

Product was perfect. I was worried about the delivery being made to my house and left outside rather than being taken to a Aus Post for collection.

I hadn't used OzMobiles before and just fell on them by accident when searching for my product. Great price, easy ordering process and quickly delivered. Also well packaged. I would use them again without any hesitation at all.

I am so pleased with my iPhone it has taken me a bit of getting used to but I am happy with my purchase from immobile.

Phone had issues immediately. Returned within 30 days and OzMobiles insisted it has sustained water damage - it had not! - and refused to refund. Will be taking the matter to NSW Fair Trading.

Ordered a Pixel 9 XL to replace an old Samsung that had started to die on me, and overall the phone's in pretty perfect condition cosmetically. No scratches I can see, and everything seems to work fine. So satisfied on that front.

Docking a couple stars though as I opted to get one advertised as Exceptional quality on the basis they guarantee a minimum battery health of 90%. But mine's reporting 85% from the get-go.

And because they also are advertising calling them refurbished, but the one I received was a bit grotty around the camera notch and had a ring of gunk around the front camera cutout where the previous screen protecter must have been pulled off before sending. If they advertised it as re-selling instead of refurbished then I'd be a bit less picky about that, but it does kind of give the impression that they aren't necessarily doing a lot before selling them on when stuff like that is missed.

I'd consider using them again in the future, but the battery thing is pretty disappointing.

I recently bought an iPhone 14 from OZMobiles and selected the “Excellent” condition option. I also chose to pick it up from their Melbourne location.

Before going there, I was expecting a small shop selling refurbished phones, especially since it wasn’t very clear from Google Maps what the place looked like. To my surprise, when I arrived, it was actually a well-established and professionally operated office with multiple employees and what seemed to be different departments.

It was quite impressive and also reassuring to see that there is a proper organisation behind the business. It gives me more confidence knowing they have a physical office and a proper team, especially if I ever need to make a warranty claim in the future.

As for the phone itself, it was genuinely in excellent condition, just as described. I’m very happy with the phone and the overall experience. It also came in the generic brown hard-box packaging mentioned on their website.

Overall, very satisfied with my purchase and experience with OZMobiles.

The whole process was easy with a well designed web site and information required before purchasing.
Pricing was competitive with the advantage of dealing with an Australian based company.
This is the third phone we have purchased from ozmobiles and will again do so in the future.

With my 2019 phone no longer getting updates, I figured it was time to upgrade. I had seen OzMobile ads on YouTube and looked into the company. I was impressed with their range of phones and prices, so I ordered an S23 Galaxy and was pleased at how quickly it came in the post. The phone looks like new and everything works just fine. Happy with my purchase.
