Everything perfect. Bag arrived very quickly and as shown in the photos. Very good communication before I bought the bag on Instagram. I recommend the shop and I will buy again, as they have very good prices.

I’m pretty happy with my purchases in Ottix Atelier. I got a pochette in great conditions, and a keepall that was flawless. I also had the opportunity to deal with the costumer service, and I was gladly surprised from their prompt response. After the nice experience even my boyfriend decide to purchase from them ( an Alma, that was in such a nice condition). I will highly recommend this store, not only for their great costumer service, but quality product and unbeatable prices. Thanks a lot Ottix Atelier. Looking forward to buy again from you.
