I chose OstroVit because the company publishes laboratory reports for many of its supplements, and product purity is very important to me.

Before placing my order, I contacted customer service and asked whether I would receive products from the same batches for which laboratory reports were published. I was told yes.

However, the products I received belonged to different batches. After contacting customer service again, I was informed that the finished batches I received had **not been tested**, and that the reports on the website were from other batches and were provided only as reference examples. They also explained that they test raw materials and selected finished-product batches according to their internal testing plan.

This did not meet my expectations, as I specifically purchased from OstroVit because I expected laboratory documentation for the exact batches I received. I decided to return the products.

The prices are very competitive and the product range is excellent, but if batch-specific laboratory documentation is an important factor in your purchasing decision, I recommend clarifying this with the company before placing an order.

They have great prices, and supposedly third party tested. First order came in fast, quality seemed good and since I am a heavy user i made a second order shortly. There, i had ordered a 1kg of regular creatine, but they sent me cola flavoured. I was OOS with creatine, i tried it and it was horribly too sweet. When complained to customer service they just told me if its opened its not their problem. Fair enough i thought, but havent ordered from them in 3 months or so. And few days ago i got a promo -15% on order. Thought that i might give them another chance. Logged in, ran my coupon and the pricing was reduced as i was putting it in the basket. At the checkout i didnt double check although the price seemed a bit much. Delivery was fast, 3 working day max(Croatia). As i was going through the order something didnt add up. I saw the prices of individual items reduced but the total wasnt it. Double checked then, and realised, my coupon only showed reduced prices on individual items, but not at checkout. I've contacted customer support and unsurprisingly, they coldly blew me off saying i've not entered the coupon. And since this isnt the first time i was paying for their "mistakes", i have definetly decided it was the last time. Fair warning, they have good prices but you will pay for any mistake which happens. And they do happend. Ostrovit never again.

Great value for money! The product quality is excellent, and the prices are very competitive. My order arrived quickly, and the packaging was secure. I will definitely order from here again. Highly recommended!

My packages arrived from them 1 week late, with additional my packaging damage and was told to open on camera. Even after video evidence while opening the package they did not acknowledge and said it was self-inflicted. Long response times and generally not recommended

Creatine Monohydrate, unflavoured - No certification on the packaging or anywhere on the website, unusual, horrible sandy taste of the powder that makes you worry what is that you are consuming. I would never buy again.

In my experience, this felt very misleading. They sent me a “new subscriber” code that initially showed as valid, but it disappeared during checkout and my card was charged at full price. When I reached out to customer service, they simply told me to use the code on my next purchase—which defeats the purpose entirely. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

Absolutely not recommended.
At first glance the products seem good and affordable — but there’s a simple reason for that: they are completely underdosed. Every single product is formulated at the absolute minimum or padded with unnecessary fillers. Even the protein powder contains maltodextrin. The Omega-3 is so weak you’d practically need an entire bottle per day.
Quite simply: a scam.

I purchased two OstroVit products and was shocked by how undrinkable the taste was. I’m not sensitive to flavors, but this one was simply impossible to consume. My brother also tasted it and confirmed the same. After checking the company’s own website, I discovered that other customers reported identical issues, calling the taste “hideous” and “undrinkable,” so this is clearly not an isolated case.

Unfortunately, the customer service was equally disappointing. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they repeatedly hid behind “quality specifications” and insisted this cannot be a complaint because taste is “subjective.”
They ignored the fact that I raised a customer satisfaction issue, not a technical defect. Even though one package is unopened and I offered to return it, they refused to take responsibility unless I paid for the courier myself.

Their communication felt dismissive and unhelpful, with no willingness to resolve the situation, escalate the case, or consider the repeated negative feedback about this product’s taste.

Overall, I cannot recommend OstroVit based on my experience. Both the product quality and the customer service fell far below what I expect from a reputable company. I will not be purchasing from them again.

I supplemented with vit d-k2 for almost 3 months, I ve checked my levels via blood test and they were inadequate. That's unexceptable ffs.

I used to be a regular customer of Ostrovit, but after two very negative experiences I will never buy from them again.
Last year, while taking their vitamins, I started to feel extremely unwell — brain fog, headaches, and poor concentration. I stopped all supplements for two weeks, and the symptoms disappeared. When I reintroduced them one by one, it was clear that the Ostrovit vitamins were the cause. I contacted the company and gave them the batch number, but they simply told me this was impossible.
Eight months later, I had a similar issue with another Ostrovit product, resveratrol. This time the symptoms were different: severe weakness in my whole body, like I had the flu — every time I took it.
After that, I threw away all Ostrovit products I had. I believe their quality control is very poor, and they are not willing to take responsibility for potential problems.
⚠️ My advice: be very careful with this brand.

Normally this would be a 5 star review as I have bought ALOT of their supplements but my most recent experience has left me a little disappointed in the brand.

I discovered they do a beef protein kebab flavour which is basically a beef hot drink with protein and this is my go to in the morning before a coffee, 2 scoops of beef protein with hot water is great.....but when I reached the bottom of my first tub I found some food foil paper (the kind you get on bullion cubes), I reported this to Ostrovit and expected them to confirm my report and more than likely apologise or even some discount on a future order ...they requested the photo of the batch number as well as invoice (I sent these through although I bought this from a distributor of Ostrovit) and after a week and abit they have responded...."We assure you that OstroVit Beef Protein 360 g Kebab, batch number 36BEP004 k, was produced in a facility free from materials of such nature"...so basically I am a liar or my hot water boiler has started dispensing foil

Terrible customer service, I ordered natural Creatine sent flavours. Then they say they reward in the next order. Then they don't reward. Ostrovit was once a good company. For 6 months now they are reformulating and they are going for the worse They try to change things that were working and the result will be visible in the loss of customers.

After its 15th birthday they increased all of the prices and its kinda sad, because ostrovit is know for cheap and good products. This just makes ostrovit like all of the other brands

I have bought an almond butter. When I received, glass box was broken and butter was everywhere out, so I decided to send it back. Furthermore, return costs are up to me, and they are higher than cost of the butter.

I bought Berberine 10mg/tab - 90 Tablets per Box.
So far so good.
But this amount of 10mg/tab is so little that it is not even enough for mice...
If you search on google with the keywords "berberine dosage" you will find that worldwide the correct dose of berberine is approximately: 2 to 3 timesx500mg/day Berberin-HCL.
As a customer of Ostrovit i am very sorry...

Lies about free shipping.

Says it's free over for orders over 19 euro.
When you reach the checkout and enter in your card details, it gives you the real price for shipping. In my case that was 14 euro for shipping.

If you go back and check, they update the minimun order price for free shipping to about 980 euro.

If you reset your cookies, it again shows 19 minimun order for free shipping, right until you hit checkout.

Real scummy, and probably illegal under EU laws.

I am very satisfied. Ordered on monday, payed manually by bank transfer which takes 1 day, and it was delivered in The Netherlands on friday. The product was much cheaper including shipping costs, compared to buying it from a Dutch retailer.
