Excellent product and speedy, excellent customer service when EVRI were late delivering it. The harness is escape proof, even for my Maine coon cat who is a master of slipping his harness.

This is a life saver for me especially on cold Melbourne days (and nights). Keeps the feet warm. The only thing stopping a full 5 star review is I wish it had an auto turn off feature. Sometimes you forget to turn it off.

I purchased an Adjustable Orthopedic Pillow for Neck Pain from them. The adjustable part of the pillow was plastic and sleeping on it felt like sleeping on a plastic bottle. Tried to return the pillow but they said it must be sent to Poland from Australia and customer should pay for the delivery! Unbelievable!

I have ordered from this site for the first time and tried to contact customer support via their email and have not received a response and their phone number is just an automated message. I am wondering if I will even receive my order. I have read previous reviews of this company and would agree it is not good and I hope I receive my purchase yet will not be ordering from this site again due to poor customer service and returns policy. Most customers are ordering these goods are in need of comfort due to some kind of pain and don’t need further stress and frustration from not being able to liaise directly with the company they spent a lot of money on products that may or may not be suitable.

THIS COMPANY SEEMED AS A CZECH LOCAL, BUT THE PRODUCT CAME DIRECTLY FROM CHINA. THE QUALITY IS EXTRA LOW AND I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE.

Waited 10 days for delivery, when it arrives the items was incomplete. The worst part, the quality is very poor so better buy in Temu for lesser proce but same items.

The product was not suitable and did not fit. Contacted them they would not refund all only 40%. After waiting 4weeks and I still have issues walking. The company is not Australian and return postage to Poland must be tracked! NOT HAPPY

Poor service! Not professional polish rubbish service. They don’t accept the returns if the package is damaged. Seriously? It is just plastic bag. And they don’t pay for return shipping. It comes from China. So be smarter and order straight from Aliexpress. It takes same time but you still can return in different package if you don’t like the product.

Three follow-up emails, no resolution, no solid information, and no products shipped. I placed the order a month ago, and nothing. The .au domain is rubbish, with an address that equates to a Mitre10 hardware store in an outback QLD town; this is all drop-shipped from somewhere else in the world. I do not recommend this site, do not have any positive experience with customer support, and I may as well have dropped my money into a deep, dark hole. 0 stars.

Update: Now they've responded here with the same email address I've emailed three times to receive generic, useless responses like:

"First of all, we want to apologize for the experience you’ve had. It’s not our usual standard, and we understand how frustrating this delay must be.

We've received your request and are working on a speedy response. Stay tuned, we'll be in touch shortly!"

Things go wrong, I understand that. But the lack of communication, updates, or proactive responses shows the worst kind of customer support.

DO NOT purchase from this company. Ordered and still waiting. No response to 8 emails. They tell you to email but dont bother. They dont respond. Have now sent over 20 Emails. No response.
Once in a while I get a stupid 'we have your email we will respond'. Not once have they done so.
If you buy from this company you will lose your money. You will NEVER get your item.

This company needs to be shut down. Bunch of crooks and liars

I Made this orde on last 2 November for a person that have medical conditions, for help her, and never arrived.
I hope your awareness will ask you to finally make the refund or at least to donate it as a donation to the people that are suffering around the world.

Update 09/07: i finally recived the refund Thanks God. But i’ll not forget all this frustation i had with all the mails and comunications that maybe are caused by a misunderstanding, maybe not.

I ordered a air purifier and i suspect its been ordered on TEMU then sent to me as three weeks and no sign of it, i did get a update and it was in china! although i was told from greece and i am in greece. I also got a shipping that it was in UK.....its a mess . Do not order

Poor quality products shipped slowly from China! Do not buy from this shop!

Very poor experience. I placed an order and paid by card, but I still haven't received the product to this day, even though the payment was taken from my account.

Was delivered to the wrong town and customer service never explained or replied to my mail bar the automatic message. Do not use !

Drop shipper website. I received the product but then realised they're shipped directly from AliExpress which means although they have an EU address, anything you order now will have the €3 import fee
