Skillet has met all of our expectations. Heat distributes evenly and clean up is a breeze.

So far I haven’t noticed any rust issues even after multiple washes.

Thr pan was delivered within a reasonable time from overseas purchase. Would bre nice if they could make a drop ship site in North America to speed up delivery. Didn't like that I had to scan a QCR code for pre-seasoning instructions. Have used it once, was happy with it's cooking and ease of clean-up. Thank you.

It stays comfortable even when I’m doing long kitchen prep work.

The pan we were shipped does not sit flush on a flat surface and this would compromise heat distribution. We made 2 attempts to contact their customer service, both were ignored. We would not buy from Okura again.

Absolutely love my pan! It’s so nice to know it’s a safer way to cook, no nasty chemical and it also looks really nice.

I ordered an Okura pan, it arrived needing installation and comes with a plastic flap that goes on the inside of the lid. I don’t want to cook my food next to plastic so I informed the Okura team I wanted to return the pan. While I understand I might need to pay a return fee, they refused to provide a shipping label, making it difficult to process or track the return. Providing a return label is standard procedure for most companies. This is shocking and seems like a scam to me.

Guy was very helpful willing to offer a discount knowledgeable and very supportive! One of my better experiences and it wound up in a sale!

After using it I just rinse it and it’s clean nothing really sticks much.

Communication and delivery was smooth. The Okura 11-inch pan is absolutely beautiful and retains heat so well ! It cooked my food evenly without burning, and cleanup was a breeze. It’s officially become my favorite pan for easy one -pan meals.

The product does not perform as advertised it's definitely not non-stick.
Return requires returning the product to China which is problematic.
You never received notice that the product has been received or anything but AI generated nonsense for response.
Please find another maker who guarantees the product because this is a genuine waste of time and money.

I started looking at titanium cookware when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I didn't want cookware that left chemicals in my food. I cook with alot of stainless steel so I decided to try Okura. I got the 12 inch fry pan and started cooking. I am a patient person so taking time to slowly warm the pan before cooking was already part of my routine. This pan is bot only great to cook with but it looks beautiful just hanging out on my stove. Thank you! I know I'll enjoy this pan for years.

Pans are great but the lids don't fit upside down for storage. Shipping was way too long .

Even harder vegetables like carrots get cut smoothly without much effort.

Easy to shop and neat discounts. Would love to have a custom set option tho.

My experience with Okura Cookware has been very good. I was very impressed by the selection of products and am looking forward to getting more over time. Haruto helped me with confirming my address immediately after seeing my order, within about maybe 2 minutes at most, which is very impressive and reassuring. He was very kind, patient, helpful, and was clearly more than happy to help me with any questions I had, even advice on how to cook eggs and steak as I had mentioned to him when he asked whether I’m an everyday cook or more of a fast high-heat cook. That’s customer service I’ve never seen anywhere else, I mean within 2 minutes he was already there to confirm the shipping address and he was very helpful, I could tell he didn’t feel bothered or pressured or anything negative of the sort when he was speaking with me which is awesome. And I myself did not feel pressured either, which I appreciate. Haruto and all of you are doing a great job, I will definitely be telling people to check out your products and website, and I will be sure to mention the customer service as well.

I’ve really enjoyed using my Okura cookware. The pan feels very well made, cooks food evenly, and has been easy to use for everyday meals. I also love how easy it is to clean, which is always a big plus in a busy kitchen. I’ve had a great experience with it so far and look forward to continuing to use it. Definitely a beautiful and practical addition to my kitchen!

Actually we haven’t used it yet , I returned it to get a larger pan . I loved the look and texture of the pan . I can’t wait to get the replacement we are very pleased with our cutting board we ordered . Finally I don’t have to worry about eating anything that that comes off our cutting board or our cookware!
