Amazing customer service and beautiful dresses. I bought a few different dresses to try on before I found the most beautiful dress. The dresses arrived next day and the return process was so easy. Skirt was beautiful! Would have liked a little more communication with the shipping - I needed it by the weekend and fortunately it came in time but eta did say Monday following week so it was a little unclear but otherwise really good

I absolutely love Oh Polly! 💕 Some of the styles can look like they’re made for a very specific petite body type, but I’ve actually found there are so many pieces that work beautifully on different shapes and make you feel like you can still wear the fun, fashionable styles you love.
The quality is also really good. It’s the little details for me: the double lining, built-in shorts under dresses, the structure and finishing touches that make the clothes feel much more considered.
I also had a small issue recently with a refund and Stephanie was brilliant. She replied really quickly, was so helpful and got everything sorted for me without any fuss.
Great clothes, great quality and genuinely lovely customer service. I’ll definitely keep shopping with Oh Polly! 💕❤️😘

Absolutely love the Oh Polly experience. Both dresses that I have bought have been amazing. Have been complimented so much whenever I wear each dress and not only that whenever I’m in a pinch for time (especially being in Australia) I know that Oh Polly sends and delivers really quick!! I love the butter yellow look and I am super excited to wear it during spring/ summer ☺️ The material just feels as buttery as the colour. Very soft cotton modal material and keeps its shape.
I used the white version of the same dress for my bridal shower and got endless compliments!

Absolutely shocking customer service…
Absolutely shocking customer service from Oh Polly. Returned a dress on 18/08. It has been delivered back to their warehouse on 23/08. I have now chased as no refund received and they have told me that I have to wait until 08/09 while they do an investigation with inpost. It is clearly showing on the tracking that it has been delivered. I am now £48 down and feel like I’m just being fibbed off by customer service. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from here again!
