Ochsner Wärmepumpen Reviews 

In 2018/2019 we installed an Air Eagle 414 with multi tower as part of a new build. We were told that this system was the best (the most costly on the market) and expected problem free performance - which we had for the first 3 years.
For the last 2 years we have had continuous problems when the outside temperature dropped. Malfunction error message which did not disappear when acknowledged and no heating.
Despite the services of an excellent Ochsner qualified engineer the problem persists with no help from the company. We have a remote access system so that the engineers can check what is happening.
This company prides itself on the quality of its product but its high cost does not ensure a quality product or after sales service. Be aware that the guarantee is only 2 years and they say a 5 year old system is old.

We have a ground source heatpump and every year we have some sort of issue with it. I expect this can happen with very sophisticated machines but what I don’t accept is the length of time to get support from this company. With heating you would expect some sort of responsiveness in dealing with problems. I found myself often having to wait a week or two before things get sorted. And in cold days this is not fun. If I could I would change the heatpump with another one from a company that offer impeccable after sale support!

Friendly Service, all questions answered. Place was kept tidy with no garbage left. Service staff was helpfull and accepted our particular requests on how the tubing is laid.

However there was a defect in the electric system (that was repaired by the friendly service staff) and the surface of the cooling unit arrived already damaged at our house. We were told, that this is not harmful to the function of the unit. But if you buy a high-end product, you expect it to arrive in perfect shape. This was definitely not the fault of the service staff.

We have had a GMLW14 Plus installed since 2014. The product is exceptional. The initial installation went well but subsequent service was problematic (Irish company installing in UK) During Covid we had an issue with the soft start system which needed the compressor changing. 2 problems, Covid and UK leaving the EU - a double nightmare. Ochsner were superb (Dragon Gambosevic) requested a UK company (Groundsun) to undertake the repair which they did in a really professional manner. Only issue is that the DHW (Ochsner Europer 323) can no longer be heated from the GMLW. This is not really a problem but an occasional inconvenience. Both Ochsner products, whilst not cheap, are superb.

Fantastic product from Oschner Wärmepumpen. The heat pump supports our entire property for heating and hot water throughout the year. Highly recommended.

After 5 years and over 350 error messages our Ochsner heat pump is finally functioning properly for the first time. I can safely say that this is only due to the tremendous dedication of the local installers at times working deep into the night. Apart from the extra time and irritation, our extra costs and the costs of the local installers easily match those of the original purchasing price. The local installers refused payment. However, with Ochsner - to say it politely - you learn that what is supposedly a premium product at a premium price does not come with premium service. We regret the day we bought the Ochsner heat pump (and all related Ochsner products that we also bought to prevent problems).
