I had a great experience with ONE RENT. I picked up the car at Warsaw Airport and the whole process was super quick and straightforward. The vehicle was a new Volvo XC60 - spotless, well maintained, and with a fresh, clean smell inside. The staff were so friendly and professional - took the time to explain everything clearly, and answer my questions. Will be definitely renting from ONE RENT again next time.

I had an extremely bad experience with OneRent and would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.
I was given a replacement car from OneRent during a trip to Poland after my own vehicle broke down. The rental was covered by my insurance, but with a 1500 PLN excess contribution in case of damage. The car I received from OneRent was in terrible condition – scratched all around with multiple large dents and marks. It looked like it had just come out of an accident. Frankly, I was surprised they even rented it out in that condition.

I had the car for just 3 days and returned it in exactly the same state. At drop-off, their staff immediately pointed out a tiny dent – likely from a stone – and tried to pin it on me. I explained how ridiculous that was considering the already terrible condition of the vehicle. The staff member said I didn’t have to pay immediately and that they’d compare the photos and get back to me.

I heard nothing for 35 days. Then suddenly, on a Friday afternoon, I received an invoice demanding 1500 PLN to be paid by the following Monday – giving me just 4 days' notice, including a weekend. No prior warning, no follow-up, no discussion. Just a demand. This is not only unprofessional – it's borderline predatory.

I had no choice but to pay, although thankfully I managed to claim it back through my excess insurance. But the whole experience was incredibly stressful, frustrating, and unfair.

Their business practices are shady, and they clearly make money by exploiting technicalities and pressuring people after the fact.

I will never use OneRent again. Save yourself the trouble and rent from a reputable company. OneRent is not to be trusted.

Good company, new cars, friendly staff. Fast answer by call center. Meeting with driver in Krakow airport was easy. Very recommend
