I ordered food, had to pay in adavance but the food never arrived. Then, I contacted the restaurant and they told me the kitchen had already closed and I had to contact Just Eat. Their customer service told me without any further reasons that they could not refund my payment.
In the end, I paid for my lunch without getting any food.

Ordered because it said delivery was 25 to 35 minutes. After an hour the food hadn't even left the restaurant and after another 15 minutes it still hadn't left despite the driver allegedly being on his way for over 30 minutes. When the driver did set off he went the wrong way so either he is stupid or was delivering several orders which is probably why my 2 pepperoni pizzas stank of fish and were completely cold. Just eat didn't want to help and offered a whole 3 euros compensation for an order that cost over 20 euros and was completely inedible.
DO NOT USE Just Eat, they are happy to take your money and over charge you for a service and product that is not supplied.

We ordered takeout from Taco Bell through Just Eat. We followed the ordering process on the phone and waited outside on our terrace for several hours until the order status said “delivered.” But nothing was delivered to our house!

The next day, we contacted Just Eat by email to make a complaint. They replied 16 days later, telling us that complaints must be made within 48 hours for them to look into the problem.. The next day IS within 48 hours!??

So not just a bad experience but also bad costumer service!!!

I am a tourist and had only arrived the day before, so referring to my “order history” makes no sense. Yesterday my order was delivered to the same address without any issues. Today, two McDonald’s orders were marked as delivered, but I never received either of them. I lost €32 and eventually had to order through Uber Eats just to feed my family. Just Eat refused my refund and failed to provide any proof of delivery or explain who actually received my orders. I cannot recommend this service.

SCAMMERS! Order was never delivered and they took my money anyway, accused me of using the platform badly and that's why they cant refund me? Bullshit. Had to call my bank to cancel this transaction.

Ordered at midnitght , order came at 1pm next day ,, they took the money though the restaurant was closed..when i refused the order 12 hour late, they never refund me ,, apparently my fault they said .. look just scammers simple as. Just stay away

Never let down, always in touch, great quality of food in the restaurants.

The website has really become terrible in the last few years, the move to a single page setup and just the general setup is really sub par. You should revert back to the older site as its really poor and so slow right now.

I never received my order. I waited for more than two hours, hour and half after estimated time for arrival. Costumer service literally lies to you and keep saying that order is on the way and will come in 20 minutes. In the end I cancelled my order. I would strongly suggest to avoid them

Terrible customer service from Just Eat. Their app failed to correctly apply a 2x1 promotion, despite working for another item in the same order. The restaurant even confirmed by phone that it was a Just Eat app issue, not theirs.

Despite this, Just Eat refused to honour the promotion or refund the missing €15.95 discount. If your own app fails, the customer should not be the one paying for it.

Very disappointing response, and enough for me to close my account and stop using the service. After all, there are plenty of other options nowadays!

Just not able to pay

I live 2 min from the restaurant I ordered from. Could not leave due to being sick. It took them 60 min to make food that takes 10 min to make and 25 min.to deliver because she driver went to a completely different locations first even tough I live literally next to it. They food is not edible anymore. I contacted their customer service and they said they see no problem. I am going to submit another claim and then try chargeback.

if i could rate this no stars i would he’ll where do i begin we were waiting for over 2 hours and had no update once tried talking to the assistants they said 20 mins everytime and then out of no where said it was delivered and nothing was there don’t ever use this app trust me scamming idiots

I placed an order through the Just Eat app yesterday, and the food never arrived. I waited patiently and tried contacting support, but unfortunately, there was no resolution.

When I reached out to customer service, I was told that nothing could be done and no refund would be issued. This is extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.

I had two experiences with them that made me finally take the effort to warn others about this joke of a company.
One time KFC took 2 hours to deliver my order and I tried cancelling it but just-scam would not let me. And then they closed my case with the lie that I did not accept the order. But this time they still had customer support.
Now today I made an order which I needed to change, only to realize I have 0 means of communication. Not to the restaurant, not to just-scam. Nothing. They stopped giving any means of communication.

Edit: after many attempts and before I file a formal complaint, I was able to receive the refund.

Terrible experience and zero customer protection.

The courier went to the wrong address while ignoring my messages in the app. After almost 3 hours he finally arrived with an opened food package, which I refused to accept for obvious reasons. Instead of fixing the situation or refunding the order, Just Eat customer support simply refused responsibility.

They even took a photo of my closed door to mark the order as delivered and tried to close the case.

No proper support, no accountability, and no protection for customers when something goes wrong. You pay for delivery and service fees but when there is a clear failure, they just hide behind policies and refuse refunds.

I have already requested delivery data under GDPR and will file a formal complaint with the Catalan Consumer Agency.

Avoid this platform if you want reliable delivery and real customer support.

I ordered today using Just Eats application. I ordered pizza and it never came. I reached out to their customer service and they said. They left the food at the door since they can't contact me. I raised this issue and asked for refund since the food didn't came even if no one called the buzzer door no missed calls received. They said they can't refund nor investigate. I asked for proof that they left the food in the door nor screenshot that they tried to call me and they can't provide me nothing. I've been always ordering with them and all of a sudden they're saying they can't reach me. These people are scammers don't use them! Better to use Uber Eats.

Parece ser que Just Eat es un refugio para ghost kitchens. Restaurants estafa como China & Aroma estafan y se escudan en la nula protección que Just Eat da a sus usuarios. A nivel legal, debería haber penalización.
