Easy order, fast shipping! The AnchorKit works perfectly on our non-Jumpflex trampoline and was simple to install. Great product!

Terrible experience with jumpflex. I ordered a hoop for our kids for Christmas and ordered the Flex as the receipt for our trampoline says a Flex and it did not fit our trampoline. When contacting jumpflex they said they have since changed the name of our trampoline to a classic and it's the wrong one but will not accept a return or refund! Disgusted. $150 down the drain. Will never recommend again.

Assembly was extremely difficult to get all the strings to stretch. The effort was so great that the supplied tool broke. Customer service will not answer the phone just a recorded message say high volume of calls.

I haven't picked up my Trampoline, but I have to say Weslee customer service representative is awesome for a whole month he has replied to all my emails in regards to growing grandkids and best tramp to choose. Weslee thank you, I would have truly given up if it wasn't for you Weslee.

worst quality I ever experienced!
The top rails kept breaking, even the replacement parts were so bad quality that they broke after TWO days! I lost count of the top rails I replaced - definitely more that 8 and the drama is with ever new part the same. I am so sick of this crappy trampoline and will dismantle it and buy another brand

Easy to set up and the kids love it.

We love jump flex! We have purchased 3 tramps from them now!
First one we didn't buy the anchor kit and it ended up over the neighbors fence in a storm. The second one we got the anchor kit but it worked so well when we moved houses we couldn't move it so it stayed behind. So now we are buying a third one for the kids at the new house :) The team are always great to deal with and super quick with delivery. The tramps themselves are sturdy and great quality! Highly recommend!!

The basketball hoop we bought didn’t last long as the pole has pushed through the material holding it together. So it’s pretty much already not useable, and that was after around 1 month!

Once again Jumpflex deliver. Wanted to buy some poles for our old trampoline. They couldn't supply but said they would sell us a new trampoline at the cost of the replacement poles. Was blown away!
