Excellent Service
I’ve had my 12ft jumpflex since 2016 and have always received excellent customer service from them. They replaced a faulty slide a couple of years ago with ease and I recently had to replace our mat, a lost spring and the safety pad and all items came within 2 days of ordering! Prices were very reasonable. Great service!

Great service and fast delivery

Cover / Pole
Seems like a pretty good product. Only thing I have concern over is the outer cover coming off the poles.. was a mission to get on and already possibly looks like they will come off eventually

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. Trampoline didn't arrive on time, however problem was resolved quickly and delt with very well.
Trampoline was easy to assemble, instructions easy to follow and Trampoline is so bouncy! Kids are having a great time on it.
