I reached out to customer service because I forgot to adjust my auto-replenishment, and I'm already fully stocked on foundation. They got back to me quickly and offered multiple solutions, including a prepaid return label or a store credit for the full amount of my order. I gladly took the credit because I also use and love several of their pre-makeup skincare products! Great products and even better customer service!

A mistake immediately corrected
I used the self test to choose my makeup shade, but i was off about a shade. I contacted Il Makiage and they quickly made it right. They shipped a new and more correct shade immediately, and at no extra charge. They are an honest, trustworthy company.

When I first tried this foundation I was skeptical. When my order arrived I was surprised to see a brush. I had never applied my foundation with a brush. Once applying, going out I got more compliments on my makeup, how natural it looked.

I didn't really like the foundation…
I didn't really like the foundation only because it felt heavy for me as I usually only wear a primer and bronzer. The return process was simple and I appreciate the fact that I don't have to go somewhere to return the product. I'll pass it on to a friend and you'll have another new customer!
