I was having difficulty paying with my ACH, I tried several times and it just would not attach to my bank. I sent a chat to ION and they responded within seconds explaining everything was good on their end and they do not save my info. So I called the bank and there had been no attempts. I still could not pay for my order!! I sent another chat and they actually did a work around so that I could use my CC as my ACH this time until I could get it fixed, timing was important due to sale ending. This company has never let me down on any issue, that is why I will always buy from ION and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great products and amazing customer service!! Angie

I reached out to customer service after forgetting to add something to my order.
I placed my order at about 1am and by the time I woke in the morning, my order was packing, shipped, with a FedEx tracking number.
After reaching out about my forgotten items, since there is a minimum order for free shipping, they offered to add a credit to cover the shipping cost of a 2nd order. Beyond satisfied
