great service. i accidentally checked out as guest so i didn’t get an email confirmation or an order updates and freaked out. Thankfully i took a screenshot of my order once placed so as soon as i emailed amino club support with my order number they immediately found my order, explained the problem and why i couldn’t see my order then immediately gave me my order status and tracking number. very reliable company. I love glp-3 so i’m excited to try their products!!!

I HAD TO GET ON HERE BECAUSE I TOOK A CHANCE AND PUT MY FIRST ORDER IN WITH AMINO CLUB AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ON 8/27 BUT WAS LOST SOMEWHERE OUT THERE IN TRANSIT I NOTIFIED AMINO AND WITHIN 24 HOURS AMINO HAD FIXED IT AND RESHIPPED MY ORDER AND I JUST RECEIVED TODAY 9/2 !!CAME IN AWESOME PACKAGING ..GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE !!

One of the seals had broken somewhere during shipping, so I sent an email expecting to be down a bottle. Within the day they responded and sent out a replacement at no cost. Other companies should take notes.

Customer service is top notch. They have always responded to emails in a timely manner. Replaced my damage products the very next day and the damage wasnt even their fault their packaging was perfect! Fed ex put my package on the ground in the middle of my driveway it got ran over. I reached out to amino club they Replaced it and technically didn't have to! Product has been great as well working as intended for 3 of us.

Amino club has the business done right. COAs are up to date. The shipping is flawless, fast and customer service is top notch. Had a package that was miss delivered due to courier error, but the support team just sort it out immediately and sent out a full replacement with no fees! I highly recommend shopping for your lab products with them.
