Horrible courier service. This stupid kid tried to deliver my parcel when I was at job. No some calls, nothing! After that this bastard was just cancel delivery and returned the parcel to the sender from China! It was blow my mind. Use this service only for pachka punky no more stupid couriers!

InPost keeps redirecting my parcels to different lockers instead of delivering them to the Paczkomat I selected.

I understand that occasionally a locker may be full, but when this happens repeatedly, it defeats the whole purpose of choosing a specific pickup location. I select a particular Paczkomat because it is convenient for me — not so that I have to travel somewhere else to collect my parcel.

If a location regularly does not have enough capacity, InPost should increase its capacity or improve logistics instead of shifting the inconvenience onto customers.

This has become extremely frustrating, especially because convenience used to be one of the main reasons I preferred InPost.

They damaged 5 out of 11 our internal parcels, all 11 were not delivered in time, 5 were sent back without delivering to the delivered address without even notifying us. Some stuff was lost, some was damaged, they refuse to reimburse it

I don't recommend using their service, even communication is not propriate from their side

They should win a Nobel prize for it.

the time taken to deliver is really long, i waited around 10days to receive, and most of the time, the package is simply sitting somewhere. i wish and thing it could have been delivered few before at leaset

It is very convenient way to grab your packages/shipments.

Delivery times have gotten worse over time. The takeover by FedEx hasn't helped the service.
There's no after-sales service—no responses to either the contact form or complaints. I don't even receive a confirmation that my message was received.
A package has now been stuck at Sortownia for four days without any updates.
It's a shame—they started off well but are clearly on the decline.
I filled out the contact form as instructed, but I haven't received any response at all. Customer service is nonexistent.

This firm stole my package because I left it in the box by mistake. They refuse to return it. I have the number and sticker on the package but they neither return to seller or to me instead they just stole it .I've opened a complaint but they refused it. They are good unless something goes wrong. Thief company stay away.

Delivery from Poland to Italy was really fast (2-3 days).
Delivery from Italy to Poland took a bit longer, around 2 weeks. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service, the tracking and the price.
