i deposit money no problem i verified already who i am and now when i try to withdraw they block my account and ask for my son documents very bad site

YOU PUT 500$ dollars per week u play case battles everytime almost everyitime bots wins, its a gambling site u dont have chance to win ifu got 1% players to win and get some balance, u will get destroy everytime because the house will win evertime.... in my opinion its not worth it and if u are lucky enough to withdraw something u will lose 10x more because the promtores destory the site also with their batlles 2000-3000
$ against bots so they lose and alos win but hey cannot withdraw that amount of money but , u lose % of wining chance because they get a lot of items inf inv. in my opinion u have like 1% chance tu make profit , and if u dont withdraw u will lose 100% of you skins and lose against bots me and my friend we tested u lose like 10-11 battles against anyone and it dosen't matter how much you donate the site will be always profit. but yea its a bussines. 1) I don’t believe in your “fair verification mechanism” at all, because it hasn’t been verified in any way. You can write absolutely anything on your scam site about how awesome and honest you are, but it’s not true. You’ll always lose, and it’s impossible to get any expensive skins.
2) What kind of support are you talking about? I’m just tired of not being able to withdraw a skin time and time again. I CLICK “GET SKIN,” AND IT SAYS THE TRADE IS READY, BUT I NEVER RECEIVE ANY TRADE—AND IT’S LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME. AND WHEN I WRITE TO SUPPORT, IT TAKES THEM SEVERAL DAYS TO RESPOND, AND EVEN WHEN THEY DO RESPOND, THEY JUST SAY “TRY AGAIN,” AND IT STILL DOESN’T WORK

You’re just openly lying to people - even the basic features on your site don’t work. Just imagine: a casino site with case opening that won’t let you cash out your skins - and it won’t let you because, most likely, your bots don’t have those skins. Bravo. And I won’t even get started on the giveaways - I’ve participated in hundreds of them and haven’t won a single one, and there’s no proof that real people actually win the big giveaways, rather than your fake accounts.

I got $20 plus a $2 bonus, opened two $6 cases and five $2 cases, and only got $5 worth of skins—it’s a joke. Then I tried the upgrader; I had a 44% chance three times, and *not once* did I get what I wanted. This site is nothing but a scam.

Honest review, have spent over 500 dollars. My problem is not how much I’ve spent or if I lost. Problem is I couldn’t withdraw, then checked prices and for a knife I opened in a case for 250 dollar when you check its price elsewhere it’s 100 dollar, basically website has pumped their prices a lot and its support is non responsive, still haven’t withdrawn from the website. Not saying its scam but don’t spend your money on Hellcase it’s Hell!

I received the AK-47 | Legion of Anubis on the website, but it did not appear in my inventory. When I contacted support, they did not help me or return my skin. They were also rude to me, even though I explained the entire situation to them.
