I'm experiencing a problem where, while playing, a message suddenly appears saying there's a connection error, even though I have a good internet connection. A few seconds later, when I try to refresh the page, my session automatically closes, and I have to close the browser to log back in. My experience was excellent because, due to this problem, I received a refund for a bet I placed accidentally. I didn't realize that after being at 1 or 3, the bet had been transferred to my entire balance.

A terrible site with a horrible look, laggy interface and unrealistic odds for winning. I have monitored the website multiple times and observe their custom bots, that you can add to your battles instead of real players, win with odds below 10%. This occurs more than just frequent, it seems to be the norm. Very shady site that I would not recommend trusting with your money. There are way better sites out there and csgoroll does not even try to keep its playerbase engaged anymore. Bad update after bad update has led to the deteriation of the website and they have even started botting its online count of players as most people have left by now.

We want to clear up a few things here. The bots available in battles do not have different or improved odds compared to real users. Every outcome is generated through our Provably Fair system, and you can independently verify the results yourself on our Provably Fair page. Low-probability outcomes happening more than once is simply part of random variance, not evidence of manipulated odds.
We also do not artificially boost our online player count. We’ve continued investing heavily into CSGORoll with new modes, features and a completely redesigned progression system focused on keeping users active and progression continuous through Ascension.
It’s completely fair to have your own opinion on the design or recent updates, but the claims around manipulated odds and fake player numbers are not accurate.

My account was suddenly banned
My account was suddenly banned, excluded from the Rain system, and my balance of over 160 coins was completely wiped out. When I contacted support to understand what happened, they simply claimed it was due to "suspicious activity" and stated that their decision is final.To make things worse, they refused to provide any specific explanation or evidence, hiding behind the excuse that sharing details could allow users to "bypass" their security systems. This is completely unfair because I have absolutely nothing to hide.The only thing I did was claim the hourly drop. Since I am a real user and not a bot, I used to claim it from my PC at home, from my phone when I was out, and occasionally from my friend's PC when I was staying over at his place for the night. This normal, everyday usage was clearly flagged as "suspicious" by an inaccurate automated algorithm, and the support team refused to even listen or review my case properly.I am a legitimate customer who has been falsely banned and robbed of 160+ coins. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform because they can delete your balance and permanently lock you out at any moment without giving you a single valid reason.
