The installation team worked like Trojans over a couple of days to install our 12 Windows and new side-door. They corrected a mistake without quibbling, and tidied up very nicely afterwards.

Two months and still no door handle!
Update to my review!!
More than two months since H&H installed by front door and the really bad experience continues.
From getting the installation wrong, to damaging my wall to still not installing the door handle.
Such a pathetic coordination and absolutely very bad to almost no interest for customer feelings!
Though I might have to pay more, will stick to a local company in the future. Be it for a winter garden or new windows.

House door without a Handle!
We ordered a main door and it was delivered on 15.11.2021. Sadly, the handle for the door from outside was forgotten and has not been installed to date.
Initially promised to be fitted right next, it is only on 18.11.2021 that I got to know that they missed to order the handle and that it's ordered via express and will be fitted the upcoming week.
By 30.11.2021, since I didn't get any feedback, I called back and was promised an update the next day.
Since there was again no update, I called back on 08.12.2021 where I was given the same reason that it was not yet ordered and has been ordered via express.
Now on 14.12.2021, still waiting with a door without handle, wall slightly damaged during installation and money booked right on time from my account.
Might be that we had bad luck, but sadly we will think twice before getting H&H in the future.

The door handle has already been ordered and after the receiving our installation partner will contact you as soon as possible to make an appointment.

Unreliable
Worst experience I have ever had with a company. After one year, my window has not been repaired yet. The technician did not show up for the appointment we had scheduled for 6 months (!!), without calling or sending an email. Nobody called me back and after days trying to reach out I managed to talk to someone, but although their promises to call back and solve the problem, nothing happens. Very unprofessional, I would never recommend to anyone.

I had great service from Mr. Marcel Brenner
He was quick, friendly and solution oriented.
I were able to communicate with Engliish very well and he had no hesitation to listen and find a greater solution on my demand.
I was told that production and installation takes longer than normal because of lack of man power.
I hope only, that Heimhaus has more people like Mr. Brenner in the company..
